NuWoman 30 Plus Review

I didn't overly know what to expect when I started taking this supplement. I just knew that I needed to do something to help out my crazy hormones. Just when my lovely aunt flo was on her way in I suffered from wicked migraines which left me bed ridden for a few days. This wasn't good for my well-being, let alone my pay packet.

I started taking these supplements and they have made the world of difference. I am no longer suffering from hormonal headaches and migraines. I know this is the case because I stopped taking them for a few months (because I was being stingy) and was once again bed-ridden with migraine.

I 100% recommend these. The only downside is the price. They are quite expensive and sometimes it is a stretch to afford them, but with the benefits I have received I think it is well worth the cost.

As a 26 year old I feel a bit weird buying a supplement that is called 30 plus. I tell myself it is because it has 30+ 'ingredients'. But once again, it is so worth it. can't recommend these enough!

If you talk to me or know me in person, you'll know im singing praises to the lord over these supplements! They're for women of all ages who just want to feel a bit more balanced again and damn these work wonders! They've balanced my hormones, meaning my hormonal acne is under control, made "that time of the month" easier to deal with and they've definitely made an improvement on my mood! I would never go without these little magic makers again! The confidence they have given me with my skin is so amazing, i love feeling good enough to go without makeup in public!

Started taking these in October and I have to say since december I am feeling a lot more me and a lot more energy since starting them and before. I feel like I am in control more when it comes to being overly sensitive and getting upset too. which is something that was always an issue.

It hasnt reduced my sugar cravings much but im thinking i might add sugar-stop health supplement to the mix to help that one.

i have found i seem to not feel as tired or achy each night as well.

I was really lucky to win 4 months' supply off a giveaway. This was something I wouldn't have purchased for myself since I have my regular supplements and brands that I stick to. I was really skeptic if this would live up to the claims as I already was eating fairly healthy and not doing much junk food snacking. I took pills twice a day faithfully for 4 months. I didn't notice a much for about a month but found out that despite keeping a late schedule I wasn't as tired. I didn't notice a huge improvement with my PMS but then I don't PMS really bad or have really bad mood swings, as it's more the younger siblings that I live with that drive me up the wall so I didn't expect this to solve that problem. Did it reduce my sugar cravings? Not really, I still wanted chocolate, lots of chocolate the only thing kept me from eating it was having none in the house. I think this can work for some people though probably those who have diets that are more on the run and maybe not as nutritious or those who it's a bit more obvious when they're are PMSing. But for me I probably won't continue to take this because I didn't see a big enough change to warrant the ongoing cost and I already take a multivitamin.

Holy Heck, where have these beauties been all my life!! I will admit I am only 29 ;) But I happened to be lucky enough to get my hand on these NuWoman 30 + I was very unsure at first, just suspecting another one of those "getting on bangwagon" for companies to sell to woman type products, but really can notice huge difference in myself, magic pills, I was feeling pretty grim so was needing something, something fast!! It has been just over 6 weeks and really can notice the difference, though getting regular sleep and sticking to a decent bedtime, and eating better has also been a huge contribute, upon saying that though, the tablets have really helped me with the balance for much longer, and even my partner has been able to notice some difference, I am not as irritable, teary and screaming, and my sugar craving aren't as bad...so no late night trips to the supermarket. I would recommend to any woman that is wanting to have that balance and something that isn't going to be interfering with their regular day to day life. These are something I continue to use and definitely if its making me feel more positive it will be something I am continuing to take.

During the lead up to my monthly friend i feel super moody, very upset all the time and feel like saying horrible things all the time! I thought i would pick these up as i felt like i needed something to help with my mood swings and hormonal imbalance, i was a bit skeptical at first but after two weeks of taking it, i felt so much better. I was no longer upset or moody i was a completely different person! Happy and back to my usual bubbly self. i will definitely purchase them again and will definitely recommend.

For years I suffered with horrible PMS symptoms that included: severe water retention which always led to bloating and swollen breasts (sometimes it was so bad I'd go up two cup sizes!), awful mood swings, cravings, headaches, migraines, acne breakouts, severe cramps and emotional outbursts or uncontrolled weepiness.

I used to take an Evening Primrose Oil and Vitamin B6 supplement called "Primeve Plus" which did help a lot, but since moving to New Zealand, I had to find something else as I can't get Primeve here. I saw NuWoman 30 Plus on the shelf in my local supermarket and thought I'd give it a try. I had nothing to lose and was desperate to try anything as I'd been without the Primeve for a few months and my PMS was back with a vengeance.

The medium-sized round tablets are easy to swallow and one tablet is taken twice daily (morning and evening) with food. The back of the blister packs are marked with am and pm so it's easy to tell if I've taken one and the am and pm pills are exactly the same, so it doesn't matter if you don't want to use the markers and prefer to just take them in any order.

Containing Cimifuga Racemosa (Black Cohosh), Tyrosine, chromium picolinate, B-complex vitamins and calcium, these magical little tablets help to control mood swings, anger, nervous tension, irritability, emotional outbursts, stress and weepiness.

Black Cohosh is the root of a herb and has been used to treat painful menstruation, acne, PMS and menopause symptoms for years. Tyrosine supports the thyroid's natural functions especially during times of stress and tension. The B-complex vitamins aid in the body's natural balance and synthesis of hormones. Chromium Picolinate helps to regulate blood sugar levels which in turn controls cravings, headaches, overeating, mood swings and irritability.

NuWoman 30 Plus is safe to take if you're on the contraceptive Pill and it is designed to support natural hormonal balance, no matter what age you are (it can be taken by under 30's). It contains no added gluten, yeast, starch or artificial colouring.

At first I didn't notice any changes but after taking the tablets for 3 months, my PMS symptoms became less severe. They were still there but not nearly as bad. It's now six months later and I have months where I barely even notice PMS symptoms. Yes, they're still there, but not every month. Some months I cramp, some months I don't. Some months I'm bloated, sometimes I'm not (cutting down on salt intake the week before PMS is due to start definitely helps with water retention and bloating) and I haven't had a migraine in months!

Would I recommend it? Definitely.

I love NuWoman 30+ because it cured my acne and got my stress levels under control! I had suffered from bad acne for years and years and years...I had been to dermatologists and tried serious medical treatments, accupuncture, Chinese medicine, light therapy - you name it I tried it! It was only when I won a packet of 30 Plus and had been using it for a month that I realised my skin was completely clear! I also found my stress levels were lower and I slept better because I didn't lie awake at night thinking about anything and everything. I kept using this for over a year and I didn't get a single pimple. Then one day, when they ran out, I was on a tight budget so I figured I didn't really need to be spending money on them - but a few weeks later I had pimples again! Anyway, needless to say, I started to take them religiously again and haven't had a pimple since.

I suffer from polycystic ovaries and along with that comes very heavy flows and a trailer load of problems such as migraines, severe cramping, very low iron, bloating, lethargic and many more. After having these recommended to me to help relieve some of my symptoms I was excited to see if they would help in even a small way. I was very disappointed to find that I had no change whatsoever after using them for 6 weeks and wasting all the money on them. I got more help from a hottie bottle and paper to write my emotions on. If anything I became more tired when on them. I guess this product is for women who don't have abnormal hormone imbalances like I do so therefore was a given failure for me personally from the start. I can't say I would recommend them to anyone because I didn't find any benefits from them but if you have mild cramping, emotional outbursts, low energy then these may be perfect for you. I did however, like the colour of the box it's very vibrant and stood out which reminded me to take it. The pill size was ok and didn't really taste like anything so it was easy to swallow.

As a woman in her early 40's I have been a slave to changing hormones and all that this entails, usually unpleasant and quite disconcerting, so I was really pleased to be picked for the opportunity to trial 30+ NuWoman. Many years ago I saw the product advertised in weekly magazines as a saviour for all 30+ women and I discounted it - not believing it would work, yet alone be necessary for a woman of only 30. However, here I am all these years later looking for anything that will help quell the nervous tension, the mood swings, the outbursts and so on.

The product promises to provide a natural supplement that will help restore hormonal balance, assisting with: Nervous tension and emotional outbursts Anger and irritability Weepiness Stress and mood swings Lack of energy

And for the most part I do believe it delivers on these promises. I suspect I may have had too high hopes for some type of miracle cure, and perhaps the supplement didn't quite meet those expectations, but I think the true measure comes from my family, who gave feedback that they thought they had seen improvement, noticing less irritability, low mood and emotional weepiness. Their feedback is what truly matters to me,s o on that alone I would consider the trial a success.

The pills are of a reasonable size to have to swallow, although they don't taste particularly nice, so you want to wash them down fast. In the packet all the pills are the same, but put into am or pm "for convenience". I personally didn't find it convenient, as if I needed to check whether I had taken the am pill (for example) it was difficult to know if I'd taken it, as the lines flow in a snake-like, zig-zag pattern, meaning there could still be am pills there at the end of the rows.. I think it needs a more uniform am/pm marking, so it's easy to see what the next pill is to take.

Price wise this product is at my local supermarket for under $35 for a one month supply, or $59 for a two month supply. I think that is a little bit on the pricey side, however if the product had a more dramatic effect on you I am sure you would feel it was worth every cent!

The packaging is easy to see, it captures your attention bu the bright pink colour. I thought the back of the pack is a bit "busy" with alot of information on it, however it is appropriate for the product.

I have been using the product for 2 months now, and I am so grateful to the manufacturers and Beauty Review for giving us a decent opportunity to really trial it, to give it the best chance for us to see it's potential. I do believe it has improved my life situation and I will continue to use 30+ NuWoman, and I hope that continued use will see even more improvement.

I would recommend it to a friend if they were in a similar situation to me, finding their feelings overwhelming and beyond their control. I feel assured that 30+ NuWoman will assist them in finding at least an improvement to where they are at.
