Over all the product delivered but, for someone who is challenged in the brow sprouting department, it was an unnecessary addition to the morning routine. I don’t have a lot to work with and the little I do grow tends to stay in its lane. What I did enjoy however was the great base it provided for my brow powder to stick to, providing a bold outline and finish giving my brow a fuller look.
