I got the Goodness cream cleanser in the Nudes 2 BBBE. The bottle is really big for a cleanser, and really worth the $20 price - once finished I'm definitely buying it again. The tube is smooth with a pearl shine to its green colour, I really like the simple get effective design. With the lid as a base it's really easy to get the cleanser out of the tube, the whole lid screws off also so no mucky build up like you get with a flip top lid.
The cream is spreads thinner than other oil based cleansers I've tried, but is still creamy in texture. Scent wise it's very fresh - it has the smell of freshly cut hay which I find nice but not amazing (better than smelling of nasty chemicals). My skin really likes it!! Using the cleanser twice a night has visibly reduced zits and my skin is enjoying the attention, not drying out at all (I also have sensitive skin so very happy with these results). I find that it is hydrating enough for me to not use a night time moisturizer following cleansing my face, but I do use a day moisturizer to protect my skin from the elements. It does remove makeup a little but not enough to get all the waterproof mascara off. All up a really great cleanser which I will continue to use.
I received this as part of the "The Ball" Beauty Box, which has since sold out. Once the cleanser I was using was finished, I decided to give this a try. This is the first goodness product I have ever used.
I have very dry skin, so I prefer to use cream cleansers. This one comes packaged in a blue/green box, and the 150ml tube is packaged in the same colour and design.
To use it you unscrew the grey lid, and then squeeze some onto your hand, before massaging it into the damp skin on your face. One squeeze of the tube is enough to get the right amount of product for your face.
What first struck me about this product was the amazing smell. It smells like cucumber and freshly cut lemongrass. It is easy to apply to your face, and massages into the skin well. It is also easy to rinse off, and leaves my skin feeling soft, hydrated, and ready to receive some moisturiser. My only criticism is that the tube would be easier to use if it had a flip lid instead of a screw one, but I will still consider repurchasing this once it runs out.
