If you're suffering from irritated, sensitive dry hands/skin give this a go. It's a thick formula and takes a bit to sink in but it's really good if you're having skin issues especially over the winter months. The botanical scent is pleasant too. A nice natural product to use.

Tips: Apply to dry hands when going to bed and wear some cotton gloves for soft skin.
Weleda Skinfood Hand Cream is a deliciously scented cream. Because it is so nourishing I also use it on dry elbows and knees.
The metal tube keeps the hand cream fresh and the product lasts a really long time as it is such a concentrated cream that you only need to use a small amount. I apply it just before bed by massaging it into my cuticles and hands. I love waking up with smooth cuticles and nourished hands.
Tips: Start off my squeezing a small amount out of the tube as you can easily add more.
This product is amazing for dry hands! Working in health care as a nurse means my hands are often dry and ruined from all the washing and sanitising. This cream gives relief to my dry, cracked and sensitive hands. Ive also used it on my legs and face! The smell is very calming to me so a great part of my night time routine before bed. My Mum and I both love this product.
Tips: This is a thick cream so start out with a small amount. The light version of this cream is amazing too!
This is my favourite moisturiser! I actually mainly use as a night cream on my face, it is quite thick and helps a lot with my dry skin. I wake up with hydrated skin which feels so soft! Also use on my hands when they are feeling dry.
Tips: Have just discovered a light version of this which I have been using as a day time moisturiser. Takes a few minutes to absorb into the skin.
While I’m not 100% convinced by this products cult status (it isn’t dissimilar to other natural moisturisers and hands creams) it is a nice, ordinary, rich cream. I mainly use this on my hands and lips. I saw Dr Shereene Idriss (dermatologist on YouTube) using it on her lips so I thought I’d give it a go and it feels so nice.
I have loved every Weleda product I have ever bought. Mainly because of the smells, always fresh clean and not too overwhelming. My best friend recommended this cream and it always does the job on my hands. I feel pampered whenever I use it.
Tips: Try Weleda products, they are natural, affordable and smell amazing.
My go to for dry skin. I live the smell ,texture and glow it gives the morning after. I use this on my face ,feet and hands
Tips: A little goes a long way
I got this as a gift, and this really lives up to the name skin food. My hands feel nourished and soft. Only wish it came in a bigger container as i use this allot. Would definitely use this hand lotion again.
I rely on Skin food to protect my skin and prevent break outs on my face. It is a life saver ♥️ I suffer from psoriasis and this certainly makes a huge difference
I recently tried this to try and combat some extra dry skin on my legs, elbows and hips that my usual cream couldn't quite manage. This moisturiser is an intensive product and is in fact so thick that sometimes I found it hard to get out of the tube! Within a couple of days I could see my skin improving and within the week it was mostly cleared up. The natural herbal scent is really pleasant. The only reason I wound;t buy this product again is because the tube isn't big enough for me. I have many problem areas and I went through the tube within a couple of weeks which I can't afford to do. If they made it in a larger format like a tub I'd definitely buy it!
