I was actually given 2 packs of these after developing horrendous blisters from wearing in some steel capped work boots. Omg the pain!
I usually use a bandaid or one of those little round plasters specifically for blisters but as we all know they never stay on!
Each time before I applied these I gave my feet a soak in some Epsom salts and hot water, gave them a good dry then applied to each blister. They definitely helped the rubbing stop which was a relief and the best part they didn't fall off after an hour.
These definitely helped heal my blisters and I would use them again over silly plasters. Go buy a pack if you need some relief. I also recommend bathing your feet in Epsom Salts.
I have been using blister plasters for decades, and they are one of the best inventions ever! There is nothing else that actually works when you have a blister and you need to keep going, and blister plasters do not only work, they work really well! I always carry some with me when I go tramping, and even though I hardly ever need them, when I do need them it is totally worth it having carried them around. The plasters are easy to apply, and if you do it correctly they will not come off again until the blister is healed (unless you spend a lot of time in the water, or in a wet boot). Neat Feat makes the plasters in a range of sizes, and it is a good idea to choose the right size based on the location of the bister. The 10-pack of plasters comes in a handy plastic container which can go straight into a backpack, or I also always have a couple of individual plasters in my first aid kit.
Tips: If you ever have issues with blisters, go buy some of these right now!
