My partner spoilt me last year with a set of Loreal Skincare. I wouldn't normally buy Loreal because it is highly priced. This moisturiser is available from most grocery and chain stores. I was excited to give this cream a go.
This bottle is creamy white in colour has the loreal labelling on it. Funnily this bottle isn't as luxurios as the other creams I've used from this brand The instructions and ingredients are listed on the back of this bottle making it easy to follow this guide. This is a pump style bottle making this product last a bit longer. The consistency of this cream is medium in thickness. Has a mildly floral scent to it.
I did a patch test first along my lower jawline . Luckily enough I had no reactions at all to this. This cream spreads out nicely over my face. Most Spf moisturisers I've used tend to leave a white film across my skin but I didn't have that happen with this. Within five minutes this moisturiser absorbs into my skin nicely. I like that I don't have to wait long for this.
During the Summer season this cream gave me great protection from the sun for up to eight hours. My skin felt hydrated from this cream and soft. There was no changes with fine lines or uneven skintone. This cream is highly priced, but I would definitely repurchase it because it gave me great protection from the sun.
This was sent to me as part of the trio of products I was trialling. It came in a gorgeous white glass jar (not a plastic pump as shown). I have used this everyday since it arrived and within about 3 days I noticed my skin seemed more toned. I’m 37 so my skin is just starting to show signs of aging and I’ve been looking for something targeted towards my age group. I love the fact that it has an Spf of 30 as I’m quite fair skinned and normally use a sunscreen under my moisturiser which leaves my skin quite shiny. The only thing I have reservations about is the smell and colour. It’s a very artificial peach colour and I hate the smell, it’s like chemicals in a jar but I love this product soooo much I’m willing to ignore those things. I’m normally a complete skincare snob and won’t purchase any moisturiser from the supermarket but this product has converted me. I will definitely keep using this cream and as it has made a difference to my fine lines I’ll probably invest in other Revitalift products in the future.
