Neutrogena Naturals Fresh Cleaning + Makeup Remover

I purchased this from my local supermarket as I had run out of makeup remover to use before my clay cleanser. I really like the pump bottle packaging, so handy for in the shower. Unfortunately that’s probably about all I like. It is a thick formula that takes quite a while to work up a lather so I felt like I was just smearing my makeup around for a while. I didn’t like the fragrance and occasionally it does sting around my eyes if I am having a “sensitive skin day”. It did wash off my makeup ok but not that great around the eyes but I do mostly wear waterproof mascara. I have persevered and almost finished the bottle but all up I think there is a better make up remover product for my combination skin so will keep looking.

I was given this product as a gift. I like the pump bottle that makes for easy using in the shower. The product has a nice texture and a little goes a long way. I find it easy to use and my face always feels fresh and clean. My face also doesn't get tight feeling as it does with other products. I have never actually used it to remove makeup so cant comment on this claim of the product. Reading other reviews, I am glad I haven't got it in my eyes!!

Its a good price and I like that it can be bought at the supermarket. I am far to busy to make special trips to shops to buy products!!

I was hoping the all natural product s would be my amazing cure for acne but it didn't work out. The cleanser didn't remove all of my make up. I would have to scrub with a face cloth afterwards. It smells great and the packaging feels all natural, but if it ain't taking off my make up, it ain't for me!

This product is great for removing makeup and leaves your skin feeling clean. After a night out use this product as it doesn't have an offensive smell that may make you feel sick after a few too many, it also gets off heavy applied make up easily.

This product said its face wash and make up remover. It not work for me as a make up remover it's only work like normal face wash.

I rate this product a 4/5 - if 4.5/5 was possible I would've rated it that - purely because the smell is a bit too strong in my opinion. Not that it smells bad - it's just very strong. Other than that, it did what it says it does - it removed my makeup and cleansed my face without drying it out! I think it would be good for any skin type. It made my skin super soft and radiant :)

I was pretty underwhelmed by this one. I've used the night cream from the same range and I really liked it. I guess that set me up to have high hopes for this one.

I liked the simple look of the packaging. I'm a bit in two minds about that kind of pump-top dispenser. They start off being handy to use but I always get frustrated trying to use that last, hard to reach bit of product at the bottom of the container and end up throwing it out.

My first impression on using it was that it didn't smell all that great. I'm a sucker for great scents (and the night cream was so delicious!), so that was the first disappointment.

It lathered up well, but it only did an okay job of removing the black eye makeup residue that was left behind from me doing a quick pre-swipe of eye makeup remover. It felt as if my face was left feeling quite dry and tight afterwards too. Admittedly I've been using cream cleansers lately, so maybe my skin has got used to them and now finds a foaming cleanser too harsh.

Even so, I wasn't a huge fan of this and it's unlikely I'll buy it again.

Thought id give a go since Netrugena products have done me well, I think for a makeup remover "umm na" its not to good, It doesnt quite do what it says, I did have to fully scrub my face whilst using, the smell can be very overpowering azwell. The texture itself is quite heavy and gluggy. Not a go to product for me
