I was so excited by this product the first night I used it, it got all of my makeup off, even my mascara which to date ive never found a foaming cleanser that will successfully remove it and my skin felt great, the smell reminded me of the old Apple shampoo you used to buy back in the day and I didnt have to use alot of it at all to get a good lather. But I was gutted 2 days later when my skin started to feel very stingy around my eyes and then my lips started to go very dry and crack, at first I didnt even realise it would be the cleanser and wondered if I had used a different lipstick but I hadnt so I figured it was the cleanser as it had been the only "new" thing I had used lately. I stopped using it and my lips cleared up within a day and I no longer have the stingy feel around my eyes. I was gutted! as I really did love this product when I first used it, it did tick all the boxes for me, but unfortunately my skin and lips did not like it and you cant really use a cleanser like that without some of it getting on your lips. I would recommend it to friends to try as I do think its a great cleanser and does what it says it does but I would also warn them what happened to me. I also found the plastic pump didnt work for me.

This cleaner delivered and did exactly what it said. The product had a great consistency and wasn't to harsh or to runny.
Also it felt great to be using a natural product that didn't mean I had to sacrifice quality :)

Thick rich cleanser that foams up easily when water is added. Great for removing make-up and mascara however it did sting my eyes a little. Left my skin feeling clean and fresh. Love the pump bottle. It makes it nice and easy to use. If you like cleansers that foam up then you should definitely try this one.
Tips: Be careful around the eyes. If they're a bit sensitive then it might sting a little if you get any in the eyes
This cleanser is a thick rich cream cleanser that feels very smooth. It smells of green apples so it has that fresh clean smell. It does leave the skin feeing soft and clean. The pump bottle makes it easy to use.(Once you can work out how to get it open...still don't kow how I did!)
Tips: You only need the smallest amount (half a pump) as it goes a long way...
Wow. Consider me blown away by this product. I've been using it for nearly a week now and it has worked a treat. The aroma is simply delicious, it lathers up beautifully and it really does remove all traces of makeup - even mascara, no panda eyes here! Afterwards my skin felt really smooth and not tight at all, best of all it didn't leave my skin looking irritated and red as my previous cleanser had. I love that it's natural and the price is outstanding for the quality of the product. I will be buying this product again and will be trying the other products in this range.
Tips: It's a little hard to get open - I'm still not sure how I did it, but I just wound it round and round until the pump started working. Also I found I only needed to use half a pump worth of product - anymore just felt like a waste.
Cleanser is thick, foams easily when rubbed on skin and a little goes a long way. I found it had a 'fresh' fragrance - a little too strong for my preference, but I prefer facial products to be fragrance free or scented with essential oils. I have sensitive skin and had no reaction to this cleanser which was great. I would recommend this to friends looking for an affordable cleanser but I wouldn't purchase for myself as Neutrogena sell in China (China has a law where cosmetics and skin care have to be tested on animals to be sold in their country).
Tips: Moisten face and hands to get a good lather with cleanser. If you have foundation on feel free to cleanse twice - once to remove makeup, twice to make sure skins really clean :)
This cleanser smells great and it works nice as a cleanser, but not so much for a makeup remover. It is really gentle and the texture feels great. But it doesn't really remove foundation fully when you wear medium to high coverage foundation.
Tips: Double cleanse and toner to remove all remaining dirt.
Absolutely lovely cleanser/makeup remover. Smells beautiful, nice and smooth and very easy to use. Unfortunately I had a dud bottle that the pump wont open, the cleanser is delightful anyway. Good value for money too!
I was really interested to try out this product because it claims to be very natural and soft on the skin. First of all I looked at the container to see if it was all natural as it claimed. Though the container was very good at explaining that the chemicals in it derived from natural products, several of them would not be considered natural in their chemical form, i.e. Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate. So I do not believe Neutrogena naturals is as natural as they advertise. Secondly I had trouble opening the bottle, which was quite funny because this was a pump bottle! But despite the few negative notes, on using the product it was very nice. A great soft cleanser with a beautiful smell. I found it was able to remove light make-up easily, but took a couple of washes to get rid of the heavy duty stuff, such as waterproof mascara. Lastly I also liked how they use sustainable packaging to be environmentally friendly. This product was very effective and I would use it again, despite not being as natural as advertised.
Tips: A big problem is actually opening the bottle. Just hold the lid secure and keep twisting the nozzle around until it clicks. Another thing to note is that it says it is hypoallergenic, but there is added fragrance which I know some people have sensitivities to. So if you're sensitive to fragrance maybe try a different product.
