essano Facial Wipes Gentle Cleansing Wipes Review

These are good for taking on holiday however I don’t use them for every day use - I find they don’t leave my skin feeling as clean as my liquid cleanser does but they are still handy to have in the kit for travels and small touch ups etc.

I use these a lot, especially when travelling. I have quite dry skin and find they leave my skin feeling hydrated, as well as free of make-up obviously! The wipes do a great job of getting off even the most stubborn of eye make-up.

I saw a review of these online slating them and I put off trying them. Then I saw them on special at the supermarket and decided to give them a go. I don't know why I paid attention to the other review because these are freaking fantastic. These wipes are quite scented and to be honest that's the one thing I'd change about them, not so much fragrance is necessary I think. The wipes themselves are very moist and a great size. One wipe is more than enough to remove a whole face worth of makeup. I wipe off my lippy and foundation, fold it over and then press it to one eye for 20-30 seconds and then gently wipe my mascara off. These wipes do an amazing job of getting mascara off and is probably the best eye make up removal product I have used in a VERY long time. I especially love how convenient they are and mostly use them when I get home from work and am just about to head out the door for a run because I can get all of my makeup off without a hassle and without having to wash my face before I go and get all gross from running anyway. I have a fondness for Essano and love every single product of theirs that I have used and I'm so pleased to say my love affair continues with these make up wipes. I will be repurchasing them and they will be super handy next time I head away!

Essano is a brand that is both New Zealand with a focus on natural ingredients- what I really do look for.

I like to keep wipes in my cupboard drawer for those days I want to remove my makeup as quick as possible. Other days I use my normal cleanser.

The packaging is lovely design and colour way. It’s modern and I do like ingredients rosehip.

The formula is gentle and nourishing my for sensitive skin. It removes makeup well and leaves my skin feeling nice and hydrated. This is great for my skin type.

Overall another winner from Essano!

I purchased these as I had used some of the other Essano products and enjoyed them. The packaging itself is highly recognizable if you have had other items from Essano. With the same colour scheme. It is also recognizable as holding wipes as it is has the same plastic sticker to seal it, this is not my favourite thing.

The wipes themselves were well moistened and a regular wipe size. Some brands have textured wipes but I didn't notice any difference between the sides, some brands have one side is rougher than the other. I didn't find myself blown away by these especially since there are only 20 wipes in a pack however one wipe was enough to remove my makeup. I didn't use waterproof mascara as I don't have any at present but I did notice that it did smear my eyeliner a little when trying to remove it before a bit more soak/press/light rub took it off. I would have liked a clean take off from the soak/press at the start and not have to repeat it. I do wash my face properly after use as I don't like the feel of left over wipe residue, it's not just this brand it seems to be most brands of wipes that I have used.

I found these average for a wipe. They didn't blow me away. Compared to some brands there are less wipes in the pack than compared with others but these are natural and doesn't animal test.

Got these in Countdown, reasonable price, nice pink packaging. A pull up flap and easy to remove wipes from packet. Lovely flowery scent and very hydrating, non irritating to my eyes and face. Gentle and does a good job of cleansing your skin.

I am not usually a huge fan of cleansing wipes, as I find they're not enough to take all my makeup off and are quite expensive to buy regularly. However, I wanted to give these a go to see what they were like. Was super impressed!

The Essano packaging is as pink and adorable as ever, and these wipes have the most beautiful scent of roses! They are soft and moist, and feel lovely on the skin. Although it definitely took ages to remove my eye makeup, these wipes are quite thorough and did remove 99% of the makeup from my face. Non-irritating, even around my eye area. I was overall very impressed! Not to mention, Essano is a fabulous brand with an anti-animal testing stance, yippee! :D

I find these wipes excellent. They retain their moisture so they’re not drying and it’s easy to remove all of my make up. The fragrance is pleasant. These are also reasonably priced and can be found at most supermarkets. Would recommend!

I tried these out recently as I had loved the starter pack of Essano products so I thought that I would give these a go as well when I had run out of wipes.

The packaging is your usual plastic packaging. I find that the plastic lid part has a tendency of not staying down. But as with most wipes I find storing them on the lid helps so your wipe is nice and moist and the lid stays on for as long as possible.

The wipe itself smelt fine, nothing offensive. But my major problem with them was that I didn't think they were really damp enough to do a good job. I also found that they did a crap job of removing waterproof mascara and I always had to use micellar water as well around my eyes which was annoying. They didn't irritate my sensitive skin though so at least that was a plus.

For me these were really just average and I won't be repurchasing.

I picked these wipes up in my weekly grocery shop . I normally use wipes after a long shift when I can’t be bothered removing my make up . I first heard of Esssano a couple of years ago .

The packet itself has an adhesive opening which I’m not a fan of because they loose grip . Labelling is clear easy to read. The wipe itself is white is a standard square wipe soft in texture . This scent reminds me of roses.

I can use one wipe to remove layers of foundation, concealer , eye shadow and eye liner well . I have no problems at removing make up .

Price wise it’s at a fair price point . I still go in with a cleanser for that extra cleanse. I did enjoy trying these wipes out . Can’t see myself repurchasing them .
