Dove Beauty Bar Review

Did I like this soap? Yes I definitely like dove as a soap it feels nice on the skin.How ever I do get eczema an strong perfume soaps tend to make it worse so I was hoping with dove saying its moisturising an soap free it would stop me breaking out but unfortunately it didn't. Still I would use it again cause it does seem gentle on the skin.

This is in my shower at the moment and like many others here I keep coming back to it as my go-to soap of choice. I particularly love its creamy lather, soft scent and non-drying feel. I have tried the other variations of the Dove soaps and I like the Shea butter one also but nothing beats a classic like this.

I love this product, I often have it in my shower and LOVE using it. It is gentle on your skin and definitely leaves your skin feeling moisturised and softer after you use it. My children have sensitive skin and this beauty bar/soap does not irritate their skin. If you use it when you are shaving I find that you do not have to apply body lotion to your legs afterwards. In fact I prefer to buy this and use it as I can use it on my whole body and I do not have to purchase so many other products like shaving creams etc. I find that after shaving with normal soap my legs often itch this does not happen with this soap. It leaves you smelling fresh and clean as well as leaving your skin feeling softer, without drying your skin out like normal soaps. I love this and love buying it, the down side is it can interfere with your budget if you are on a tight budget but if you keep your eyes open the warehouse often has them for $1 a bar.

We've used this soap on and off for many years we tend to give other soaps a go but always go back to this one. I just love the smell when you walk in the bathroom and you can instantly tell its in there but still not an overbearing smell on the body after you've used it. Now usually I don't use soap all over my body as I don't like the drying effect soap can have but this would be the only one that I can that doesn't make my skin all scratchy afterwards and I feel it also moisterises aswell. I still tend to use a body wash all over and I would never use on my face. It is a slightly larger size soap but it doesn't slip out of your hands like other soaps can. I do find the kids spend more time actually cleaning themselves when we have this soap in the shower lol

Dove beauty bars are the best soap for sensitive or dry skin. They have a very creamy texture which leaves your skin feeling both clean and nourished.

I grew up with this being "my mums" soap bar. This was her unique smell that always lingered around the house at bath time.

I guess its more sentimental than love but using this soap on my face (when my acne isnt too bad and angry) makes me feel real good and my skin doesnt mind it either.

I have a sensitive skin so I cant use any regular soap but Dove is that little miracle that has always been good to my skin. I have never had any adverse effects when using this soap.

After using the creamy bar, my skin is soft and doesnt even need moisturiser but I do regardless. It doesnt lather very much so it maintains the creamy consistency while washing until you ready to rinse off. I love that it doesnt have any harsh chemicals and thats why my skin can enjoy it.

This is not a staple in my daily facial routine but I do use off and on and when I use it my skin is really happy.

I don't usually ever use bars of soap anymore. But the times that I do (usually if I am travelling or staying somewhere) this is what I use. It is a classic. It's the bar soap that everyone knows of.

What I like about this product is that the scent is not overwhelming. It is also fine to use on my somewhat sensitive skin which is a total plus! It is nice a creamy on the skin when it lathers unlike some cheaper bar soaps I have used in the past.

Although I don't use this kind of soap often, when I buy a bar of soap, this is usually the one I buy.

I do not normally use 'bar' soap in the shower but this is one product that I have used for my whole body. It has such a silky feeling to it and lathers up great. I have three children who also love it therefore do not buy it that often as it does not last long! (i am sure the kiddies wash themselves more than 10 times every shower! haha) I would def recommend this product as it does not dry your skin out like other bar soaps can and the smell is lovely :)

Dove has been true to its word when it says that this Bar has 1/4 moisurizing cream, cos it really feels like it. Love the feel of it on my skin, it lathers well and leaves skin feeling fresh and silky smooth. Of course it is a soap still and will require moisturizing after a wash but love that it can be used as a normal bar as well as for the face and body. Very Versatile and well worth the price too. Only problem with it is that it doesn't last as long as other bars but at that price i don't mind. Have recommended this to family and friends already :)

I love Dove moisturizing beauty bar, it doesn't dry out my skin as a normal soap bar, it leaves a nice scent lingering on my skin and I just love the scents of Dove products, so fresh, clean and delicate. Only downside is that it doesn't last as long, because of all the moisturizing ingredients it's not as hard as usual soap bars and "melt" quicker while using it. So it can get a little more expensive than just using the cheap normal soap bars and if you're using a body lotion after showering anyway it's not worth it. I don't like using body creams and moisturizers too often, so it is perfect for me though!:)
