I always put Epsom Salts in my bath. I find it super relaxing and it really helps with my achy legs. I am not loyal to any particular brand. I usually just buy the biggest bag possible because I go through a lot.
I purchased these from Healthpost, purely because the other ones I usually get were out of stock. They are only 500g bags so I grabbed 2 which cost around $10 for both.
Like all Epsom Salts just pour a cup or so under running hot water, I like to give it a whirl around to make sure it all gets dissolved. Then hop in the bath and relax! I just purchased a pillow for my bath so I easily kick back for an hour or more!
I always feel soothed and it really helps my body relax for bed. You don't get any weird residue or anything on your skin and nothing is left in the bath. Overall they are great Epsom Salts that do what they should.
