Rimmel London 60 Seconds Super Shine Review

These are great budget polishes! The bottles aren't too big but for the price, the formula and colours are great.

The big brush helps me coat my nails really quick and these do dry as fast as they claim! I can easily get to all the corners of my nails even though they are quite small and curved.

However some of the colours need two or three coats so if you're looking for a one-coat polish this isn't the brand to choose. I personally don't mind this, and the colours I chose were very opaque anyway.

Overall these are a great, really cheap nail polish! They live up to their claims and come in loads of colours. I will definitely be buying more of these!

I like this nail polish. Long wearing, great colours, easy to apply. But the only problem was that it dried just too fast. It became lumpy. But other then that I loved it.

This nail polish sounds awesome as no one likes to wait for there nails to dry but this product just dries too fast. It didn't allow me to finish my nail as it dries too quickly and with every stroke just kept getting more lumpy. Stunning colours though, very vibrant and out there look. This would work well if you are a speed painter but I'm not that skilled when it comes to painting my nails.

Before I bought this nail polish I had never used any Rimmel nail polishes before. It is very pigmented as a colour (I a dark blue colour) and it slides on your nail very easily. For me, it didn't take 60 seconds to dry but it took more. The atmosphere you're in makes a difference though, so if you live somewhere where the weather is hot and sticky like it is where I live in Summer it won't dry that quickly. But other than that I found this product very good considering it is very cheap. It doesn't chip as easy but that also depends on how you apply it ;)

I love the Revlon Top Speec nail polishes so thought I'd also try this product. I found it to dry just as quickly, probably not 60seconds but only about 2 minutes. It doesn't apply as well as the similar Revlon product, however it is half the price so is a great alternative. I find it lasts close to a week before having to remove due to chipping.

I purchased this in black and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and how it lasted on my nails. The brush is a reasonable size and dries super fast. I did 2 coats of black and that seemed to provide a non transparent look.

It lasted 4 days without chipping. Which is pretty good I feel, it really stuck to my nails well. I should say that I am in a desk job so that may change how it wears. In saying that most polishes chip on me within the first day or so - and this one didn't.

I would definitely repurchase in some bright shades for summer!

I just recently bought my first Rimmel 60 Second Polish and I love it. I bought it in a gorgeous turquoise shade. The brush is just the right size to coat my nails in three brushes, and it dries seriously quickly! No more waiting around unable to touch a thing while your polish dries! The bottle is not the largest, but for the price it is a really good deal! I can't wait to try out their large range of colours.

The main reason I favour this nail polish is the nifty little brush. I hate applying nail polish as I always seem to paint most of my fingers too but I find this brush so much easier to use. I also like the nail polish formulation and find that it relatively good staying power.

I was lucky to win a Rimmel prize from Smellycat on facebook which had the shade 01, its doesn't say the colour but I would describe it as a gorgeous pale/mint blue.

It is a small nail polish bottle with a small yet wide application brush which allows for streak free application.

It glides on easily but I needed two coats to achieve the colour as you see it in the bottle otherwise it's too light. It dried in the 60 seconds like it claims too and the staying power is amazing! It was one whole week before I noticed any signs of chipping and even then, it wasn't that noticeable! I would say that it lasted around two weeks before I needed to reapply the polish which is fantastic! However when I am working more hours than normal, this polish doesn't last as long due to my job being quite hands on.

I think that the price is great and will be purchasing more of their shades as they have 24 available.

I would highly recommend this polish.

I had seen this nail polish around, but I had never considered buying this nail polish, so was lucky enough to receive it as a gift.

From first impressions, this nail polish is nothing exciting. It comes in a small glass bottle, with a black handle. The bottle has a circular base, is is quite heavy and sturdy. (Plus you can see the colour through the glass, which is always handy).

I have to admit, i think the brush is quite decent on this nail polish. Its not my favorite brush, but i find it applies nail polish evenly & easily because of the wider brush.

The formula of this nail polish is pretty good aswell. It smells like any other nail polish, so nothing special there. But the formula is pigmented, so two coats is really all you need. Now the big question when it comes to the formula is.. is the 60 seconds claim true? And i have to say.. yes it is true. This nail polish dries so fast, so it is perfect for those who don't like waiting around for nail polishes to dry, or for those who tend to smudge their nail polish because this one dries so fast, there is no time for smudging.

I find this nail polish only lasts around 2 - 3 days on my nails before it starts chipping which isn't ideal. Another average thing about this nail polish is that when this nail polish starts getting empty, it gets quite tricky to get the nail polish onto the brush, which results in nails that aren't quite as perfect as i like.

Overall, a pretty good nail polish for an affordable price. I would purchase this again for myself, even though its hard to get the last third of the bottle out, its still a really affordable nail polish.
