Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer

Most concealers cake on me, with my 'laugh lines' so I'm always cautious. I loved the Wake Me Up foundation so had high hopes for this concealer

Like the foundation it has a shimmer and moistness to the product that make your skin feel good. It doesn't dry out the skin - and definitely didn't feel drying around the eyes.

The concealer brightened the eye area on me, but didn't cover imperfections, blemishes or the dark circles - it just lightened those areas

Great for the eye area if you need light coverage and a bit of brightening but don't expect it to cover the more serious blemishes or dark circles.

For a drugstore concealer I thought it was a bit pricey, had heard amazing reviews on the "wake me up" range, this concealer was a letdown. Doesn't cover anything and crumbles and fades within an hour! is good initially for brightening your under eyes. Much better products out there for even cheaper.

I like everything about this concealer, apart from the fact that it has tiny glitters all throughout it which are visible on your face when blended out. Despite this i really like the natural finish of this concealer, it isn't too matte or dewy. It has medium coverage which I would not say is buildable, if i need more coverage i combine this with another concealer such as collection lasting perfection. Overall this is a nice, everyday concealer which I have repurchased, my main issue is the glitter.

This concealer gives a medium coverage and is very light weight on the skin! it's very hydrating compared to other concealers I have used which is a bonus when using products under the eye area! What I love most about this concealer it gives the skin - making your skin look more bright and radiant. It's not a great concealer for using to hide blemishes or for anyone who has redness, they're are much better "drugstore" concealers on the market for those areas but it's definitely the best I've used for brightening under the eye area & making your skin look healthy and radiant throughout the day.

As a fair skinned girl, I found this concealer to be quite dark and orange under my eyes and found that it didn't really help me much with making me look more awake. The peachy hue is good for covering blueish bags under the eyes, but I tended to use this as almost a base to a lighter concealer. I found it to be quite oily feeling and it does move around quite a lot on my face, without really covering too much up.

This product did no work well on me. The lightest Color was too dark and this product always creased every time I used it. It dries super quick, so it needs to be blended as soon as it's put on and the coverage is light- medium. I personally think there are better concealers out there.

The shade I chose came out a bit orangey on me, and I needed to apply quite a lot to conceal my undereye dark circles and lines. Dries quickly, so you need to blend quickly. Good for brightening under the eyes. Handy wand applicator. I will try something else next time because this is not my perfect concealer.

The lightest shade is a bit too dark and yellow toned for my fairer skin. Consistency is relatively thin, but dries relatively quickly, not the easiest to blend. The coverage is pretty average. I think there are better concealers on the market for a similar price.

I recently purchased this concealer. It comes in a standard tube concealer packaging with an applicator stick. I found that this concealer had light to medium coverage and I needed to use a lot to cover under eye circles and blemishes however the concealer is good for brightening the under eyes. Over all the concealer does the job but I properly won't repurchase as i prefer concealers with full coverage.
