NIVEA Stress Protect Deodorant Aerosol Review

This has a nice scent, doesn't sting at all right after shaving and lasts! Its awesome would definitely buy this product. I have worn it just as an every day deodorant and also while exercising...great for both!

Well, this was the perfect week for me to review this product! Not only did I have an extremely stressful week, but my plumbing went on the fritz so I couldn't shower for almost 30 hours, following that I got sick so have been running a temperature, and it has been extremely hot weather here.

Unfortunately, I felt this product preformed extremely poorly. Within an hour of "stress sweating" whilst working, I could already smell myself through the deodorant.

Then, the next day, my plumbing broke down, so I was unable to shower for nearly 30 hours until it was fixed (luckily it was my days off). It only took 6 - 8 hours however, for me to feel as though I was smelling somewhat odorous! The least I expect from a 48hr deodorant is 24hrs of freshness.

The final straw following the plumbing incident was to come down with the flu. I was running a temperature and it was no surprise to me that once again the deodorant did not preform.

I also did not fancy the fragrance of the product at all, I found it quite strong.

So all in all, very disappointed by this product. I don't feel I am a particularly sweaty or smelly person - no more than most people in summer, but this deodorant really didn't preform in my opinion, or live up to the claims on the bottle.

This deodorant has a very pleasant smell and is much easier to use than roll on - I always manage to roll it all over my clothes! I have been wearing it for a day now and been moving around a lot, but there is no sweat and I feel very fresh. Would definitely recommend and buy again, its a bargain!

I was lucky enough to receive this to review, and am glad I did I did! The product smells super refreshing, goes on nicely, but doesn't leave white residue like other antiperspirants can. It kept my dry all day (Normally I wear roll on) which I was impressed with, and I love that if you have just shaved and spray it on, it doesn't sting!

I wore this deodorant when I met my boyfriend's family for the first time, one of the most stressful situations I've been in, and I am so glad I did. The deodorant has the perfect scent, not too cloying and overpowering yet you can still smell it hours after it has been applied. It works extremely well when it comes to stress sweating, I didn't sweat one little bit and the meeting with the family went brilliantly, bonus!

However, because this deodorant is only targeted to fighting stress sweat I wanted to test it out to see if it would have any impact against sweat during physical activity. Unfortunately it does not, I was a sweaty, smelly mess after I had finished my hour of exercise, which is a pity.

I'm not sure how often I would reach for this deodorant because it is marketed purely for stress sweating, but saying that it did everything it said it should and exceeded my expectations. So, if you are a stress sweater, I definitely recommend this product!

I'm usually a roll on person (NIVEA Black and White) - I have sensitive skin and find aerosols can sting and feel uncomfortable.

NIVEA Stress Protect didn't sting and it didn't 'blast' out like some spray deodorants do. (It's horrible when you spray your armpits and it's a forceful cold blast!)

It smells fresh - Aerosols can be over powering on the smell, which is another reason I usually stick to roll ons; but this product has a subtle fresh smell, that seems to last the day.

So how did it fare through a usual day? Pretty good! No white marks and no smelly or sweaty pits! Now I must confess I've not been feeling particularly stressed at this time but I'm an active busy person and it kept me in check!

The only reason I gave this four stars and not five, is I prefer the control of application with a roll on - other wise I enjoyed trialing this product!

The packaging is sleek and the spray/nozzle head is perfect for your grip and for the angle you will be using it at. The product itself has a fresh, perfume smell that is not overwhelming but leaves you feeling refreshed and clean which is what we are all after right? It couldn't have been a much better time for me trial this product...On the day I received it I used it because I had alot planned for that weekend...I was cleaning, driving, shopping, rushed to the airport & then I was cooking, etc & I was really happy with the results! I was still dry, that awesome scent was still there and that was almost 24 hours into having the product on so no doubt the 48hour protection that it states is true! I am so glad to have come across this product, I will definitely be grabbing me another when this sample runs out & I definitely recommend it to all ladies out there who read this! The unique formula that it has to protect against emotional sweating really works because that was one hell of a stressful weekend for me and I'm glad that the Nivea Stress Protect Deodorant Aerosol was there to help me through it!! This certainly kept me protected in some hot situations, no embarrasing odour after strenuous exercise. Would certainly use this again and recommend it to others.

Pleasent smell, no skin reaction so is gentle like it says. Def had no body odour at all, again doing what it says in that respect. Found it was not strong enough to use during physical activity such as running/riding though.

I liked the idea of this product but I found that it wasn't strong enough for me, I think it would work well for someone who doesn't sweat as much. Nice enough product, just not for me.
