Nutra-Life Magnesium Complete Sleep Formula Review

I often have trouble getting to sleep at night, either because my brain is going at 100 miles an hour, or because my legs feel restless and I can't get comfortable. After a few really bad nights, I decided to try this magnesium on the recommendation of my sister. I used it for just over a week and I didn't notice a huge difference. I think my legs were less restless, but I still struggled to turn my mind off. Unfortunately, it made me feel really nauseous. I wasn't sure that it was this product at first, but as soon as I stopped it the nausea went away, so I'm pretty certain that it was that. I'm sure this effect isn't the same for everyone, but I'd suggest being aware that it could make you feel nauseous, so that you don't put up with that feeling for a week like I did!

I suffer from aches and pains as some of us do and sleep is always interrupted - after having a knee replacement last year, finding the perfect sleeping position can be difficult... I was given a bottle of this and have never looked back. Rather than waking 3 or more times a night I seem to get a full nights sleep (maybe that one time to go loo) but other than that feel like I have actually slept!!

Magnesium is one of my regular supplements that I continue to use due to it being so essential for the human body. It helps to support the immune system, regulate blood glucose levels, help keep nerve, brain and muscle function optimal and most importantly, it supports ATP in cells which is what stores and carries chemical energy within cells. This particular Nutra-Life supplement includes passionflower along with a couple of other herbs which claim to aid in the creation of serotonin and melatonin to help with relaxation and sleep however, I personally didn't notice any difference in my sleep patterns which isn't very surprising as I do take magnesium regularly anyway. As a magnesium supplement I'd say it would be worth a shot, it just depends on how much you are willing to spend and understand that it isn't a miracle cure or something that will offer instant results.

I never go to bed at night without taking this magnesium. Nutra-Life is a well trusted brand for me and i really dont think you can go wrong with their products. It has had wonderful affects on my sleep, my anxiety, my depression, my muscles and my overall health. The capsule is easy to swallow and has no taste. There are cheaper options on the market but they dont all contain the wonderful things that this product does.

So last years beauty vault I managed to pick this up, I was a little weary at first because I had never tried supplements before and wasn't sure if the effects would actually benefit me. So anyway I tried and found it massively helped me with everything it said it would. My main worries were lack of sleep and Stress and Anxiety levels through the roof. I felt this product delivered on these main aspects.

The white potatoes has a pretty purple label on it the bottle looks a lot prettier than other vitamins that I have tried.

The capsule is on the larger side and white on the up side it doesn’t smell to bad in comparison to others.

I was excited to see the results but haven’t noticed any I have just finished the bottle and wouldn’t replace them.

I followed the directions on the bottle, as well as advice from friends who have used magnesium in the past as a sleep aid. I was aware that nausea was a side effect for many people and I didn't experience this which was nice. On the other hand, I also didn't experience what I would call normal sleep even for me. I was awake more than i was asleep and I gave up completely on the idea of getting any more sleep a couple of days after tossing and turning all night. I didn't have any specifically bad side effects, but I also slept worse so maybe that counts?

I'm grateful that I got to try it, but I wouldn't recommend it.

This product is amazing and does exactly what it says. I have Fibromyalgia and sleeping without using a prescribed medication has been difficult over the years . I decided you couldn't do this forever so started using this product. Not only did it give me extra relief but i also got a great nights sleep and didnt feel groggy in the morning.

I won a huge multi pack through a facebook competition. I’m not one to take pills but since winning this prize pack I’ve been taking them daily. Lately I’ve been under stress and needed something to help me sleep at night.

Packaging comes in a sealed container. The pill itself has no scent or flavour. It’s quite a large pill to swallow. I notice this with their other pills too.

After using these pills for a little over a month or so I saw no change in my sleep partterns . I think that there could be other remedies out there that’s better to use. Overall I wouldn’t go out and purchase it.
