I still like this product, sometimes i use a little bit over my liquid foundation to make my face a little more matte :) also i like that it has a mirror in it for touch ups, great product matched my skin tone well

nice

This is a great powder, i have very sensitive skin and this was very gentle, i have a light skin color and found a color to match real well. my skin can get a little greasy but this powder makes my face look flawless and great for under my eyes and doesn't look like i have a lot of foundation on.

Maybelline Fit Me Pressed Powder

I purchased this from Countdown - on special of course, I love a bargain! I have an olivey complexion, so chose No. 235 - Pure Beige. It gives good coverage over foundation or BB cream, if you want a matte finish this is ideal. I apply just to the shiny parts of my face - nose, chin, any blemishes and use a slightly damp make-up sponge for even coverage, although the pack comes with an applicator puff. The shade I chose blended in well with my concealer and BB cream.

Tips: Just use a little, and blend with a make-up sponge, don't use the puff, its hard to keep clean.

Pressed Powder

It was very average, in both its feel and its smell. It was smooth however which is always pleasant in face products. The shades sold were as expected and overall it was very simple and basic - nothing new and exciting. It did what it was intended to do, I successfully used it to hide a bruise for a photo. However I felt it was possible that there would be a cheaper product that did just the same.

Powder

I needed a powder and got my hands on one of these from a friend. I like it! great for touch ups over a liquid or cream foundation. It does not have a horrid smell and I would say the coverage is fair but not heavy it does not feel like you are caking your face in make up and the packaging is not bad either. I think I would re purchase if came on special.

Maybelline pressed powder

I have had this product for years now. I have it in the shade 120 (although my winter foundation shade is probably 110) and I have no problems using this to set my foundation and take away a bit of shine if a foundation is too dewy. I don't tend to have oil breakthrough throughout the day so I cant really comment on its efficacy in that regard. I don't find that this makes my foundation look cakey which I like. I did use my beauty blender with this after seeing Crystal Conte use hers with powder products and it did ruin the top of the powder and make it all hard and crusty- this is not a powder which you can use a beauty blender with obviously.

Tips: Use a big fluffy powder blush and swirl around the face focusing on any areas which you experience shine or where you are concealing.

I use this all the time.

I love this. It goes on smooth and only shows my imperfections if I have not moisturised in a few days. I'm able to wear this straight onto my skin to cover any spots when I don't feel like doing a full face of makeup, or its a great finishing touch for when I'm going out.

Maybelline fit me pressed powder

I bought this pressed powder and absolutely love it. It gave me such a smooth finish. I loved the fact that there was so many shades to choose from. Sometimes you find a awesome formula in a product but are limited because of lack of shade choices. I really enjoyed this and would recommend and purchase again.

Tips: Try the Matt pressed powder I liked it as well.

Smooth and invisible

I usually don't like powder foundation because it can look really cakey and unpleasant. This color matched my face perfectly and when I'm wearing it I have smoother looking skin without looking like I've a ton of foundation on. It feels really smooth when applied like a rose petal. It also looks quite matte but still slightly dewy, so my face doesn't look like a disco ball. Another thing I really like about it is the packaging. I think it's really cool how there's a mirror and then a separate compartment for the puff underneath. Definitely recommend this to anyone starting out with foundation. This was my first powder and I really rely on it now. And there are so many colors it's impossible not to find one that matched your skin.

Kind of average

I use this occasionally to set liquid foundation as I found that it gave no coverage on its own. The packaging is kind of annoying as the mirror is under the powder so you have to keep switching between the two if there isn't another mirror handy. All in all I would say it does a decent job as a setting powder but I wouldn't recommend using it on its own.
