MAC Bronzing Powder Review

This bronzer is one that I use all year round and that's what I love in a bronzer. It's the perfect shade for me and I love the fact that its buildable so I can create a more intense contour and bronzed look. I have a tan complexion and believe that this is a perfect match for me. I'll definitely continue to repurchase!

I am very fair in skintone (NC15 in MAC) and find this bronzer in the shade Bronze too orange on me. I have tried using this on my clients also but it makes the skin too warm and appears orange. As well as the tone of the bronzer it is also quite shimmery. I do enjoy a bit of shimmer in a bronzer if it is only intended for the cheeks, however I was hoping to be able to use this all over including neck. I think it would be best kept to the cheeks if you don't like a lot of shimmer. Aside from the colour not being right for me or the shimmer being a little too much, I do find the texture and pigmentation of the bronzer to be good. It also is in nice sleek packaging that is sturdy and classic looking.

I use this everyday as a contour (I have light/med skin tone) and it works amazingly. its very soft but still creates a professional look. Love the shade and that its not sparkly like a lot of other bronzers on the market. I use this with foundation and tinted moisturiser. Cant go a day without. Lasts a long time aswell!

I was gifted this product in "refined golden" colour. It has a bit of shimmer in it but it doesn't come out obvious on the skin.

I've had this bronzer for around 2 years and it hasnt even dented the bottom yet, so it lasts a long time!

It gives a nice and natural finish and is pretty hard to accidentally put too much on and is easily buildable.

Nothing bad to say about it, I use it every time I want to give a little definition to my face.

Love, love, love! I use this everyday and give my skin a glowing effect! My skin colours not that great so this really enhances my natural beauty!

Really like the easy way it goes on. Only need a small amount to blend and contour but stays on all day and does not make skin feel dry.

Absolutely love this MAC bronzer, goes on so nice. Not too thick and feels soft on your skin. The only downfall would be the price as it was around $45, but have had it for about a year and don't see it running out anytime soon, so in that aspect the price was worth it.

I loved this when I used to be tan - because I don't tan my face, it worked really well to even out my color (no ghostly face ;))

I was really pleased to discover it also works really well as an eye shadow - it lasts for ages and it's a nice color. I also love it for contouring! I've only recently started contouring, and it looks very subtle and natural under my foundation.

I don't know why we girls love MAC so much, if it's the brand or the product, but this bronzing powder is great. I use it every day for work and it blends in well with my pressed powder and foundation, both MAC of course.

Finally a bronzer that doesn't shimmer! I have searched high and low (and tried SO many bronzing powders in the process) for a good bronzer that didnt leave me looking shiny and shimmery and this MAC bronzer did just that!! A beautiful bronze colour that doesn't look shiny or shimmery on and gives natural looking tan/glow. Such a fabulous find! A favourite of mine :)
