So my Trial product arrived and as i was deeply anticipating it and well over due for a colour i dived straight in.
First of all I noticed the Gloves in the box were super small. I have small hands and getting them on was a squeeze... Luckily I had spare gloves on hand for an occasion such as this.
Secondly I noticed it had the usual three bottles in the box.. developer, colour and the conditioner... The conditioner was of generous size and at the end i found i only needed about half of it for my whole hair (gave it a deep condition) I thought at first that perhaps the colour mixture wouldn't be enough, even for my shoulder length hair, but after about halfway in I discovered that I had plenty, and would have had some leftover.
Then the colour develops. The smell was what you expect of a dye, however it didn't have the nasty fumes from an ammonia based product due to it having none in it.
Developing took all of 20 mins which i found super fast and was very happy with how quick the entire process was...
Washing out was the bit I was worried about, due to us having a brand new shower and most packet dyes take 10 minutes or more to wash the colour out entirely I was worried I would get it all over the walls etc... But the colour was completely washed out in a minute or two! I was stunned. And there was no product anywhere in the new shower (mum would kill me he he)
No colour squeezed out while towel drying my hair.
All in all It was a breezy, clean, and stress-free situation. And I am loving the colour already (Caramel) Which showed up and blended nicely over my old blonde foils and brown re-growth, and gave me a nice natural looking colour!
Will definitely be using this product again
I loved the Black Cheery Casting Creme Gloss colour. I also like the fact that its Ammonia free and less damaging on the hair. The colour lasts a reasonable amount of time and nice and vibrant.
Tips: I would recommend using colour protect product to help lock colour in longer and if you want to have colour last even longer try washing it less... I know this is hard to do.
