GARNIER'S new BB Cream,  combats shiny, oily skin, by combining the power of ultra-absorbent mineral pigments for an immediate matte look and perfect, even-toned skin.

The oil-free BB cream works in five ways. It reduces imperfections, moisturises, gives skin a healthy glow, delivers a beautiful matte finish to skin and provides all-important sun protection with SPF 15.

GARNIER'S Oil-free BB Cream provides instant results while also improving the skin’s quality over time. After four weeks the results are clearly visible; skin is less oily, pores reduced in size, imperfections are visibly reduced and skin radiance is improved.

It has a  new active ingredient,  Mineral perlite - a powerful volcanic rock extract known for its ultra-absorbing properties.

Mineral perlite is able to retain up to two-and-a-half times its weight in oil and water and is five times more absorbing than talc, meaning any excess sebum is absorbed to fight that oily shine. This combined with uncoated mineral pigments gives the skin an even tone and a perfectly matte finish

GARNIER Miracle Skin Perfector-Oil-free BB cream is available in two shades - light and medium.

BBeautiful!

I'm not going to lie - after using MAC and Lioele's BB creams, I didn't think anything would ever come close - but, I had friends using Garnier and raving about it! When the opportunity to try it arose, I had to give it a shot. I'm sitting here, typing this review out a day late - BUT for good reason! My first impressions were beautiful packaging (a hygienic, ergonomic slimline tube with an awesome glossy finish) and quite a fresh scent. I fell in love with the first application. This BB gives lightweight, buildable coverage that lasted all day for me with only a small amount of powder on the T-zone. The reason I am a day late with this review is after that first day, I broke out into a dry patch on my chin - however after the process of elimination, this was due to a new cleanser I was trying out - NOT my new beloved BB! I will definitely be re-purchasing. This is a beautiful product, fuss-free to apply and definitely helped out my oil-slick of a T-zone. Would happily recommend!

Tips: - I used a light dusting of powder to set my T zone, purely because I prefer a more matte look in Winter. In Summer, i'll use this sans powder! - Moisturise beforehand - this feels like a beautifully active product!

Firstly, when I opened the tube for the first time it went everywhere, its really runny!

Coverage is alright but needed two coats to get a good finish.

I will admit it even with 2 coats it felt like I was wearing nothing. Which is fantastic when running after a 2 yr old.

The packaging was cute and I like it.

I only have Avon BB cream to compare it too and I would say this product is better product.

.. I don't think it's supposed to be runny - mine kind of had the texture of fluffy moisturiser, like if you beat it with a whisk (!!) Maybe your product had a problem?

Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB Cream

My combination skin is quite dry over most areas apart from the t-zone and this can look worse by using the wrong kind of foundation or lighter base. I have used other BB and CC creams also tinted moisturizers. I fins its nicer to use a cream like these as my main everyday coverage and set it with a bit of powder. The Garnier BB cream wasn't too oily and lasts all day however it does get oiler and slip after about 5-6hours of wear so for a full day you may need to apply more powder during the day.The consistancy is a bit runny for m but glides on easily and feels light and my skin feels like it can still breathe. I wouldn't say the finish is that matte and would like it if it was a bit more so.Colour is a bit too dark/yellowy for my skin tone and I received the light colour meaning i needed to blend it right down my neck otherwise it would leave a rather obvious line. Packaging is not that great and wish it was in a pump form as it is niggly having to put the lid back on when you have the product in your hand. Price is the same as all other BB creams although I have noticed all the prices slowly creeping up.

Tips: Make sure you have blended it well, applying with your hands could be better as it would go on a lot easier.

Great for some!

My skin is usually very sensitive and most face products burn or sting when first applied but this product did neither. It's very light but runny texture and a little goes a long way, I found it a bit orange but once i blended it in well it evened out. It evened the redness of my skin tone.while still being sheer and light weight for the no make-up look

Tips: Blend well especially if you are extremely white as it first comes out very orange

Garnier BB Oil Free

I use it just as a foundation works wonders on my skin and is lightweight enough to wear when im not wanting to have a full face. I stil use concelor and a matte powder as my skin is very oily, but in comparison to other foundations it keeps my skin relatively matte. Would recommend for anyone that wants a medium coverage who was oily skin and doesnt want to put in a lot of work to look effortless.

Tips: use a flat top brush to apply to the face, I use xobeauty by shaaanxo

First experience with BB cream

I have quite an oily forehead and t-zone, and sometimes dry spots on my jawline and around my nose and mouth.

The consistency of the bb cream was more liquid than I thought it would be but it was nice and light. I think I got the wrong shade for my skin, it was noticeably to dark for my face when I applied it with my fingers, but it looked really nice when I applied with a brush. The application was definitely a lot better when I used a stippling brush, than when I used my fingers. Maybe I used too much when I applied with my fingers, or didn't blend it enough etc. So the brush made a massive difference. I didn't notice any fragrance, if there was one it didn't bother me at all. The coverage was light, it evened out my skin tone but didn't really hide any blemishes as such. I have pretty good skin, but generally large pores and this did an okay job at minimizing them. I feel like this product will last a long time for someone like me who doesn't wear full coverage everyday. It is good for me because I like to have a "no make-up" look for my skin, but I like to have an even skin tone, which this product seemed to do well enough. The packaging was pretty good, it's slim enough to throw into your bag and take with you for any touch ups etc, which I like.

Tips: Use a brush to apply, the product is very light and liquidy which makes it harder to apply with fingers/hands evenly.

high hopes let down

I was really looking forward to trying this product as I've heard so much about BB creams and how amazing they are. I tried the variant for oily to combination skin which is what I have. I also have quite sensitive skin and after just a day or two of using it my skin became dry and irritated and soon broke out in spots. I kept using the cream for a full week every day and my skin got worse and I then when I stopped using it and went back to my regular foundation my skin improved. I have been wondering if there could have been any other factors causing my bad skin over the trial week but there is nothing obvious so I have to put it down to my skin just not agreeing with it. I must say that yes, my skin did appear to be less oily in the afternoon which is great as I do battle with a shiny face as the day progresses. The only thing is that with it I also started to get dry skin, dry skin that is visible because the cream doesn't properly absorb in. Perhaps I would have had better luck with the sensitive variant which I have seen they also have.

The other thing I think is odd is that they only offer two colour tones. I went with the light but I found it was a little too light for me. I could get away with it but I definitely felt a shade lighter than normal.

In months when I spend more time outdoors I love to wear makeup that includes a sunscreen, but in the middle of winter I don't see the need to plaster my face in additional products that have no purpose.

The cream does apply nicely, it blends in well and has great coverage, smoothing out blemishes, evening out my complexion and so forth. But you need smooth skin to start - it wasn't great for me because it dried out my skin which meant my skin went a bit flaky.

It also definitely controls shine well.

I don't know if it minimises pores, reduces blemishes or hydrates which are other claims written on the packaging.

I don't know the price point but the packaging makes it feel like it's reasonably priced and there fairly affordable to test.

My outcome is that it is not a bad product but it didn't agree with my skin. I'm not put off by bb creams but it feels like something you need to spend a bit money on

Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB Cream Oil-free S

I normally have very oily skin which can be very difficult to deal with as I have to wash my fringe daily due to it. So it was good having a product that was specifically for oily skin as it can often e hard to find. This specific product however was a bit messy to try and use as the foundation was a runny liquid type consistency and was very runny. It was quite easy to apply and went on smoothly either with my brush, sponge or even if I was in a rush and just used my finger. It had a good coverage with a fine finish, it dried well so you didn't feel like your face was caked with makeup. It also lasted the entire day until I washed my face in the evening. It had a lovely fresh smell to it which did attract me to it. The price was within the same range of what you'd generally pay for a product of its kind. I don't know if I would specifically buy it again however. It came in a box which was great as you could see it was new and unused and the packaging looked good, the tube itself was sleek and small and great for the handbag but then once you open it, it can be quite messy and you can easily squirt out to much by accident. Going by what they were advertising it worked well as it had good coverage and didn't make my skin oily at all. Overall it was a pretty good product and I would possibly recommend it to a friend but it would possibly be my first choice.

Tips: genuinely I apply a small squirt of the make up on the side of my hand for application but id suggest that you keep a wet wipe handy if doing so as it can be a bit messy and you will want to wipe the top off once finished so that it doesn't crust over and mess where you put it.

Good for summer

I love wearing this in the summer. If I'm not going for a high end summer one (benefit tinted moisturiser) then I will use this. Especially when I'm at the beach knowing I will get wet and it will come off anyway

It's pretty light in my opinion for coverage so I don't have it in my everyday draw Light is good sometimes but for everyday I prefur an actual foundation covering most(:

Garnier mirical skin perfector BB cream Review

Personally i didn't not enjoy this product, i found it to be very watery and the colour i got (medium) was waaaaay to dark! When buying BB creams i usually tend to go for the 'medium' coloured shade as my skin tone isn't too dark but not too fair, however I didn't like the consistency of this product & It had way to much orangey under tones to it. Im not sure if it was just the colour and consistency feel of the product which put me off, but it did blend quite nicely. Overall it defiantly isn't something i would go and purchase again, didn't really do the trick for me! :(
