Skin type - I have combination - oily skin, with a few blemishes and acne spots, and I get a bit of redness on my cheeks. I also have super sensitive skin.
Consistency - This bb cream is like the texture of a moisturiser, but a little thicker. The consistency is quite creamy and easy to blend onto your skin.
Application - I found this bb cream easy to apply and blend. It was very smooth and easy to spread with my fingers. I have olive toned skin and my bb cream is in the shade "light", and was the perfect shade for my skin.
Fragrance - This bb cream didn't really have a strong smell to it, but that's what I would expect from a product designed specifically for sensitive skin. The bb cream has a nice fresh scent to it, and smells like a face moisturiser. I quite like the smell of this bb cream, as some foundations have quite a strong smell which I don't like.
Coverage - It gave light coverage that evened out my skin tone nicely and made my skin look more smooth and flawless. I applied about the size of a pea for my whole face, but you can probably build it up for a medium coverage. I did find that it didn't cover all my blemishes and you could still see my acne spots, but I wouldn't expect a bb cream to cover these as it is a light coverage product. The finish of this bb cream is dewy, but that might be because I have oily skin.
Longevity - I apply my bb cream on in the morning and it lasts for about half a day, when it will start to wear off. I also find that because of my oily skin the bb cream slides off my face quite easily. I also find that during the day my skin will start to feel greasy and appear shiny.
Price - I think the price of this product is really good. It does the same job as my revlon bb cream which I think I got for around $30. So the Garnier one is cheaper and gives me the same results.
Packaging - The bb cream comes in a bottle which is packaged in a black box. For me I'm not really fussed about the packaging, it is appealing to the eye, isn't too fancy and is pretty decent for a cheaper product. I wouldn't expect anything flash or fancy. The bottle itself stand up side down, so it's easy to squeeze the cream out and get the right amount of product you need. The lid on the bottle flicks quite tightly shut, preventing leakage.
Results - My skin quite liked this bb cream, and I didn't get any bad reactions while using it. My skin didn't sting while I applied it and it didn't go red either. As I noted above it didn't cover all my blemishes. The bb cream did smooth and hydrate my skin, but I didn't really notice that my skin was brighter.
Would I recommend it - Yes, I think this is a really good bb cream for the price you pay. It's good for everyday use when you only want a little bit of coverage. It's also easy to apply as you can use your fingers, and is perfect for a girl on the go like me as you can put it on quickly.
Consistency is thick yet easy to blend. Maybe a little bit too glittery for my liking and found at end of the day I looked very shiny. Has good coverage and looks very natural. Good for those minimal make up days. Not my fav BB cream but still worth a try!
