This product is a little to orange for my preferences I got this when I was young and playing with makeup and I thought it was great, I recently tried it again and it just ends up looking orange and shimmery on my skin perhaps someone with a darker skin tone than me or possibly a warmer skin tone would like it but for me I am not a fan. Definitely wouldn't wear this out side of the house. I've tried to wear this just as a bronzer to warm up the complexion but again it is a little to orange looking for me.
Tips: I would suggest applying this with a light hand as too much can just seem shimmery and orange
Not a fan of this. It's orange and patchy and doesn't apply well at all. It comes in two colours, light and dark. I've tried the light one, which was too dark for me.
I didn't like this as an eyeshadow, as it wasn't pigmented enough, or as a lip colour. I didn't like it as a contour, bronzer, blusher or face framer, it was a colour that didn't suit my skin well at all, very glittery, and made my skin look almost dirty.
I was given this as a gift and was so excited to try it. I have the light shade but alas it made me look like an oompa loompa! It also seemed to make my face look chalky which was weird. So unfortunately it was not meant for me.
This is one of those "too good to be true" products. I saw this advertised on tv (this was back when it was first released) and it sounded like the best all in one product. Sadly this product did not work for me. I got the second shade the darker shade, and which is far too dark for my skin tone. I have light, olive toned skin and i should've bought the light shade instead. I find this makes my skin look really orange and too bronzed. I wouldn't even use this as a bronzer as its way too dark even when you use it lightly.
It's meant to be suitable for all skin tones and the more you build it up the darker it gets and the more coverage you get. However the more product I applied the more orange it became. It does go darker too but the coverage doesn't build up. I also found it hard to apply as it was blotchy.
I have acne and red acne scars and despite the ads and the claims this product has at evening out skin tone and reducing the appearance of redness and scars, this powder didn't cover my scars and redness.
Overall I didn't like this product and I will not be repurchasing. I wouldn't recommend this product either.
this product was no good for me, was very orange even with the light shade. Didn't work well at all with my skin. It disappeared off my face very fast, gave me bad breakouts also.
I was sucked in at a local trade show, one of those home and garden events where there are rows of sellers selling their wear. Under the weird lighting I tried out this powder and thought it looked pretty good so purchased that deal of buy 1 get 1 free in a tin set. Well, it was all fine until I pulled the sun visor down in the car to check my lipstick and was shocked to see an oompa lumpa staring back at me. What appeared to give me a lovely natural glow look inside the stadium had in natural daylight turned out to be a lovely shade of orange which just looked as if I had dunked my head into a bag of cheesy cheetos.
Totally ashamed of my look I headed home and washed off, which lead me to find out that this powder isn't that great to remove, it seemed to become oily when water touches and left a very dirty stain on my wash cloth.
Lucky for me my 2 young nieces that like to play dress up were very happy to receive a tin each to play with when I later visited them. Who ever thinks that this looks good must have a darker skin tone than me, I even get recalled horror shivers when I see the ad on tv.
I highly dislike this product I was gifted this twice by the same person because they assumed that I liked it but I honestly wanted to trash it so bad. It was so patchy and looked glittery on my skin. It never looked great when I wore it as a bronzer or blush so I would use it as a transition shade for my eye-shadow. Overall I wouldn't use this again there are definitely much better products that do a greater job than this.
I started out using this years and years ago before I really knew anything about makeup and what else was out there. It was ok to use a young girl who didn't know better, but it is not something I would every repurchase now and I think the price is pretty hefty for what it is. I also think the 6 in 1 advertising is a bit ridiculous. It is a bronzer. Full stop. Also (on me) tends to be quite orangey looking. It isn't very easy to blend out either and can look quite patchy. Not for me! (anymore hehe).
I've used this product once and would never use it again it definatly doesn't do what it says it leaves you looking orange and cakey
