I really thought the NYX pore filler was not my thing. It felt to heavy on my skin and way to thick (I understand, they are probably supposed to be a bit heavy). Maybe I'm just not a fan of the pore filling primers .. So at least I wouldn't buy it again.

I never have large pore problem before but my baby born My skin just playing up. I have really large pore and they just visible. I hate it. So I decided to get primer. When I see Nyx pore filler in farmers, without any thinking I just bought.
Nyx pore filler primer cost me 26.45$ so it bit expensive than Maybelline pore eraser primer. It is little 20ml white tube and black print on it. Tube is so light and little.
When I first squeeze it, it's make noise and came out like wired. It's crumbly, not white, peach colour primer texture. It's yuck, to be honest I didn't like it at all. First impression is just not good. I took some on my hand and I am going to rub between my palms and it just drop on floor..... So then after I took it agin on my palm and rub it with my fingers on palm before to apply on my face... How tricky and annoying is that.
Nyx pore filler primer does work on my pore but not like impressive. It does do certain work but I didn't like it. My makeup does last long and give me nice finishing to apply foundation. I use it on eyelid for long last eyeshodow and under eye to set my concealer properly. Concealer and eyeshodow goes smoothly. One thing I notice my eyeshodow and concealer doesn't crease like used to it before. So I am so happy for that.
It is working on pore, end of day I see very less oil on my face. But only one thing stop me to buy it again is primer texture. I wouldn't buy it again.
I bought this pore filler from Farmers because I wanted to try a more reasonable value product. I was extremely happy with the results! The texture is quite thick compared to some fillers which I ractually like but feels really weightless on your skin. A small amount goes really far and it leaves your skin feeling soft smooth and perfect and ready to apply makeup. recommend this product and will be using again! The only downfall is that because it is so thick quite a bit is left in the packaging when you are coming to the end of it and cant be squeezed out (I just cut it open and had enough left for a few more days!)
Tips: Leave for a few minutes before applying foundation.
I really persisted with this as I had heard great things about NYX primers. I tried it with 3 different foundations and still got the same result. The first thing I noticed was that it’s hard to get out of the tube it seemed to come out in little bits and I felt I had to use so much to cover my face. It did fill in my pores really well and felt good on the skin, I also felt that my foundation looked really good when applied over the top but unfortunately that lasted for about an hour. It started to come apart and left my face looking patchy and very shiny. I think I paid around $15-$20 and considering how much I’ve had to use on each application I don’t think it’s value for money as there are other primers that perform better for around the same price.
I didn’t notice much effect of my pores when using this, I had large pores at the time and my makeup was going on weird. Nothing worked though so maybe it was my skin?
The texture was a strange brownish pinkish colour and think and creamy. It smoothed over the face nicely still.
Price was good and it lasted ages but I didn’t use it very regularly and mainly between primers.
This silicone, putty formula is very smooth in consistency and helps blur larger pores.
It has a light skin coloured tint and glides on to the skin well. Personally I apply this on my nose and chin only when my pores are looking a little larger, it wouldn't be something I'd reccomend to apply all over the face.
Sits well under both matte and dewy makeup products.
Tips: I like to apply this primer with my fingers so the warmth of your skin helps soften the formula for a nice application.
I decided to try this as I suffer from large pores on my nose from time to time and I had read positive reviews.
It suprised me how thick this primer is and that it is a pinky/peach colour but it does blend out nicely to give a invisible matte finish. It does apply thick so you may need a lot of product to cover your whole face if you have dry skin like myself. I mainly use this on my nose as that is the problem area.
The packaging could be better. There is so much air at the top of the tube that when you squeeze the tube the primer shoots out in clumps.
It does blur pores and feels smooth and weightless on but I find it a bit fiddly to use and would rather use my regular hourglass primer to cover my whole face. I only use this now if my pores are particulary large.
I do recommend this product but for targeting specific areas like your nose or chin rather then using it as a full face primer as the price tag of $24.95 makes it expensive for this purpose.
