Maybelline Superstay Better Skin Foundation Review

I won this product from a competition and man alive I'm glad I did! I found that I had to use quite a bit to get a decent coverage and after that I found it very hard to blend with my skin. I found it to not even last a full day.

One good thing I noticed after giving it a go for 3 days was that I did not get any breakouts (which I would usually get at least a couple over this period.)

this is not a bad product but for some reason this brand of foundations seems to have a change of colour after it has been applied to the face or on it for a while it doesnt dry out your skin which is good and I like the handy pump dispenser If worn with primer and powder it may last a while but I think it gets a little patchy or absorbed into the skin and some oily skin tones may not like this as far as improving my skin I am not so sure but those additives are bound to do something the coverage is okay some times a powder is good for shine reduction and you may not like the look of how it sits on your I got at cheap price wouldnt buy at full price

Definitely one that I like and would use a lot, lasts quite well even on a hot day and doesn't pick up much on the little dryness I do have so for a combination skin I really like it and recommend to try it out even if you can get it on sale it's worth giving a go.

I am not a heavy user when it comes to foundations because I have no trouble with pimples or any other breakouts, my only problem is that my skin dries and flakes which is really annoying. I really like this foundation, it improves the colour of my face although the coverage is light I don't find that a problem for me. The colour I use is light beige as I have really pale skin and have had trouble looking for the right shade in the past, but the colour matches well with my skin. As to whether it improved my skin, I couldn't really tell a difference, but my face definitely look smoother and even after applying the foundation.

I decided to give Maybelline foundation a go as I am in love with Maybelline's Mascara and eye shadows so I was hoping the foundation would be suitable. Unfortunately this foundation sat horribly on my skin and would not blend at all, it wore off quickly and in patches. I used this product twice and gave up and bought my usual foundation. I am disappointed as I have a near full bottle of this foundation that will never ever be used. In future I will stick to Maybelline eyeshadows and Mascara but definitely will not try their foundation again.

I hardly use foundation but when I do it isn't a bad product. As an Australian teenager its an affordable foundation and covers up most of my mild acne.

I found this looked nice at first but it was hard to build on so didn't give the best coverage. It also didn't last on my skin for very long even though it is advertised to "superstay". I think it is a good foundation if you are just wanting basic light coverage.

I love this foundation because i have dry/sensitive skin and when i use certain products it brings out the dryness and can irrtitate my skin. This foundation gives me a nice coverage and also makes my skin feel soft and moisturised. It feels quite light on my skin unlike the photo ready by revlon which drys my skin and makes my face feel heavy and dry. SO yeah anyways, this foundation is really nice for my skin type and is really nice to apply.

I have hardly had the pleasure of even trying this product. I was at the warehouse and a representative was there offering to apply the product. She tried to match me but found even the lightest shade was 100x too dark for my skin which is pale but not extremely pale. I am disappointed as I really wanted to try this foundation but I can't until hopefully they bring out some more shades.

I don't know if it improves the appearance of my skin. It does cover my imperfections well, give a good coverage. It does not last me a whole day.
