Nars Sheer Glow Foundation

This foundation is sooo worth the hype! Although it is called sheer glow I don't think there's anything sheer about it, it can be built up to a beautiful full coverage finish. Although glowy it stays all day on my face and doesn't look oily by the end of the day, keep in mind I have dry skin. I wouldn't recommend to those of you with oily skin as you may look like you've dipped your face in oil by the end of the day.

I have been using this foundation for years now and it never fails me.

The range of colours is good, especially for those who have lighter toned skin and is worth every cent,

This foundation has never failed me. It works perfectly for day, but can be built up for a flawless evening look. I have never had any primers that haven't worked with it either!

This foundation lasts all day, it can wear off around contact points on the face but never gets oily and doesn't sit in any lines on your face and has never oxidised on me - all round amazing

It is slightly on the pricier side, but worth it. One bottle lasts around 4-5 months, and that is with everyday use.

I find it difficult to find the right shade of make up for my rather fair skin tone however I have finally found one that is a) not too dark for my skin and b) that actually sits well and lasts all day on my skin. I have been using Nars Sheer Glow for a good couple of years now and love it every time. I love the consistency - its not too thick or too runny, and it is very build-able so I can wear it light or build it up more medium-full coverage when i need to. Although it is a more expensive foundation I have found that the bottles of foundation last me ages!

I got a sample of this foundation from mecca and I absolutely love it. It blends so well into my skin, making it look flawless without being cakey and unnatural. True to its name it does have a slight glow, which I like. The glow makes the skin look natural and healthy and thankfully doesn't have and glitter in it as some other glow products I've used have (rimmell wake me up concealer). My only real issue with this foundation is that due to my oily t-zone, my forehead and nose get shiny after an hour or two, but this can be fixed by blotting and adding a wee bit more powder. I will definitely be saving up for the full size.

Massive fan of this foundation - it's the perfect shade for my super-fair skin, goes on feeling really light and gives great coverage.

The light texture did make me think it would have a much lighter coverage - but in my opinion it's a full coverage foundation without that 'cake' feeling I've gotten from other full coverage products.

My one complaint is the lack of a pump - it seems like a bit of a scam that you have to buy a pump for the bottle (but I suppose it's a good way to cut down on plastic waste? Maybe?)

Absolutely beautiful colour and does not oxidise terribly on the skin. So lightweight, really buildable and doesn't clog pores.

This is a must have foundation if you like to have a natural yet good coverage foundation look which glows without being greasy/shiny. A definite regular repurchase. It glides on easily and looks so fresh and natural for a day look.

One of my favourite foundations. It has good coverage, lasts all day and isn't drying. They have lots of shades so it shouldn't be hard finding your perfect shade. It goes really well with the Nars concealer. It is quite pricey but I think it's worth it, you also need to buy a pump separately.

This foundation is great if you are not looking for intense full coverage. I have always liked a dewy look over a matte look and this is perfect to achieve this. It does not feel heavy on the skin and with the right primer will last a long time. This product blends very well and you can layer it nicely if you need more coverage. It is a bit more pricey but I think is worth it if you are like me and dont like feeling heavy makeup on your skin.
