Probably my favourite foundation in terms of how it feels on the skin. It goes on light like a BB cream, but the downside to this is that it gives about as much coverage as a BB cream - unless you build up a few layers. I still have to use concealer on blemishes. It's good when I want an even complexion with light coverage, so I would be happy to use it for everyday wear. However, I don't recommend this product on a budget - just get a good BB cream instead.

Don't get me wrong, I do like this foundation however it was a bit to lightweight. Really good for a 'No make-up' look but I wouldn't say it covers blemishes as well as I hoped it would. I rather wear a BB-cream personally, however it didn't make my skin break out and look oily which is always good!
I think you definitely need to build it up if you're wanting more coverage, however if you have good skin or just want a light foundation it's lovely. I have normal skin and it did not dry me out or make me oily. It stays pretty much all day (full school day) with just small touch ups with power. And it looks super natural! The one thing I'm not fond of is that the cap often gets a bit messy inside as it can leak into the cap.
Tips: If you're in a rush it's super quick and easy to apply just with your fingers like a lotion! :)
This foundation is great. It's a light to buildable coverage that responds really well to movement and working into the skin. It's a very watery foundation but as you work it into the skin, it becomes tacky and then the more you rub it, the more coverage it provides. This foundation sits really well on the skin, looking natural, soft but still adding coverage. It has a dewy finish which I love and comes with tonnes of product for the price!
Tips: Make sure you really work it into the skin, with your fingers to get the best coverage and application.
I found the foundation to be very thick and hard to apply onto my skin, coverage was good but it felt cakey and my skin was not able to breath causing breakouts and unhealthy looking skin
Tips: try mixing it with moisturizer or spf 15 etc for a fresher, less cakey look.
I have just recently started using MAC face and body foundation and I have to say I really like using it. What's great about it is you can build it up for a fuller coverage or just wear one layer for a natural enhancer. Quite enough in the bottle to last a while. This is perfect for everyday wear.
Initially I struggled with the Face and Body on myself as I'm used to a heavier finish but after using it on set for a natural look I found the finish translates well on camera. The consistency is quiet runny so a lot goes a long way, application is easy with brush or a damp sponge and it spreads well when teamed with a good primer. The 120ml is a perfect size for your professional kit and the easy pour tip means the product is not easily contaminated between clients.
Tips: Mix with a liquid illuminator/ highlighter for a light dewy and radiant finish.
perfect for natural radiant looking skin. Can build to a medium coverage nicely. Its easy to buff into the skin or a beauty blender worked GREAT!! great for hot sticky days! dosnt go patchy, a perfect summer foundation. With being a lighter formula i find in summer i can easily match to my chest with a darker foundation than normal as my face dosnt tan. $70 from mac is definately worth it! the bottle is huge! and has lasted me well over 6 months
Tips: shake the bottle first!!!!...pressing it into your skin works better than buffing it. Works best with cream blushes/bronzers
Have had problems in the past with MAC foundations being too thick, or pink, or yellow but just discovered MAC FNB! It is definitely a very very light foundation, coverage-wise, but looks really natural. I would say it's like a tinted moisturiser but not necessarily moisturising. It won't cover heavy acne or redness, so that's something to note.
Tips: Probably better for people with dry skin, as it gets quite oily on my skin.
I love this foundation, if you're looking for a more subtle cover,( great for older skin, or really clear younger skin) a slightly buildable, dewy finish, waterproof foundation, this is for you!
Tips: I apply it with a sponge, then use MAC BB cream over any areas I want a little more coverage
