Rimmel London Lasting Radiance Concealer Reviews

A surprise addition to my makeup draw. The shade I have is 010 Ivory, seven colours are available in the Rimmel Radiance Concealer range; I have it as part of the Rimmel Radiance Regime.

Feels like concealers don’t get enough air time, IMO as I get older the concealers really do add that little extra security. This Rimmel one has added a little radiance and awakens around my eye area, leaving me looking very healthy.

The colour seamlessly blends into the foundation I wear, concentrating on under my eyes (applying a triangle shape) and eye sockets in and around nose.

I am the biggest fan of liquid concealer compared to stick concealers. The one thing I am careful of is not applying too much, easily done with liquid however the Rimmel makes applying easy with a “just like mascara” applicator.

Appreciate that the end of the tip doesn’t retain too much product which leaves it much easier to apply to delicate areas, even after applying mascara!! I have also recently invested in a concealer brush, making application and touch ups super easy, even directly under the lower lid line.

Blending, building and tweaking made easy!

Colour looked to pale when I received it however its perfectly ideal for my skin, matched with the Rimmel Radiance Foundation in 100 Ivory.

Not too complicated, just a great wearing product, not settling too much in my eye lines. Long wearing and easy to take with me while out and about. Another area that gets a lot of wear and tear is the end of my nose and around lips; I use the concealer for quick repair/touch ups easily in a mirror when out and about. Maybe not usual but it works for me.

If you want a product that does what it’s meant to and nothing that would make it seem better, simple at its best with this product. Insanely great value for money, from $18.99, sensational :)

What a brilliant introduction to Rimmel, they are now firmly on my radar.

The concealer is just amazing as other products in this range. The coverage is medium I’d say but it works for me because I only conceal my under eye and I chose a lighter shade for that which is a really good decision.

I love that the concealer is easy to blend and doesn’t dry too fast. I can feel that it is really lightweight compared to the other concealers I’ve tried before. It is really good that it’s lightweight to prevent the face from being cakey which happens to my face all the time. I haven’t experienced my face being cakey ever since I’ve tried it and I’ve also been using it everyday.

Overall, would repurchase when I ran out. Love it so much!

I go through concealer quickly, so the ultimate goal for me is to find a decent but affordable product. This rimmel concealer might be the closest I'll come to my holy grail!

I found this slightly yellow, but under foundation it left my sallow areas radiant and even. I wouldn't use this over foundation.

It worked well on blemishes too.

I usually use quite a pricey concealer - I need a good one as I suffer breakouts and have uneven skin.

I found this rimmel concealer good, it was a bit thick, but blended well with my sponge blender.

The only reason I've marked this down is that it didn't neutralise my dark circles as much as my current concealer, but for someone with less dark undereyes it would be perfect.

I enjoyed using this concealer - I found it particularly effective on my under eye area, where I'm both dark and yellow.

It's quite thick, a little goes a long way.

It worked well both on top and under foundation, blending well and leaving a smooth non cakey layer.

This concealer was great, gave good coverage and made my under eye area really pop when I used it. The applicator was easy to use and the packaging was great. I found it stayed on my face and covered blemishes all day when I used it. Would definitely purchase again.

The full coverage was good for hiding some blemishes that have appeared recently. Under the eye I would have prefered a lighter shade however I used the lightest available in the collection. It was easy to blend with a mini beauty blender. I would say this is very comparable to alot of other concealers and it was nothing out of the ordinary but I would use it again.

I get dry under eyes so was excited to try a “radiant” concealer. I’m normally 2 shades up from the palest shade in any concealer but this was literally the perfect shade. It has the standard doe foot applicator but mine didn’t seem to pick up a lot of product. When I did get enough product on the wand it applied beautifully and blended in nicely with my beauty sponge. Initially I was impressed as it looked really natural under my eyes and the radiant finish did blur my (not so) fine lines but as soon as my eye watered the concealer peeled off in patches. I’ve tried this with 3 different foundations and 2 different powders to set it but it did the same thing each time. I do have a leaky eye so this does happen with other concealers but this is such a thick formula and it made it really obvious. I loved the finish and coverage of this product but unfortunately it’s not going to work for me. Some people will absolutely love this concealer and it’s definitely a great affordable option but not for anyone that has watery eyes.

Wow what a great concealer and good timing too as the one i previously used had run out and i was looking for a new brand, ive found it!! Luckily i happened to get the colour just right for my skin and im loving how it covers my spots and scars and it lasts all day without that caked on covered up look. It blends well and i love the stick applicator its so much easier to use. Although i haven't tried it around my eyes as ive never really needed to apply concealor there and id be bit nervous. I believe it will be awesome around the eyes!! A definite winner for me thanks so much Beauty review!!

I love Rimmel products. I have not used many concealers at all so was excited to try this. I selected the shade ivory which is a tad dark for my pale skin.  It comes in a 7ml tube with a slanted applicator and has attractive orange packaging.

I used this under my eyes and on any spots I had. A little bit definitely goes a long way. I dabbed a small amount on and lightly patted in. Coverage wise it was medium on me. I could still see my bags, it did an ok job at covering my spots but they still peeked through, I wouldn't call this full coverage.

It blends in well and doesn't cake or crease at all. Other products sit well on top and it lasts great throughout the day. I'm not sure I saw much brightening effect though. I feel the matching foundation does just as good a job at covering up imperfections so this is definitely a product that I could skip.

While it is a nice concealer it certainly didn't wow me at all. I feel there are much better ones out there.
