Revlon Colorburst Lip Gloss Review

I have this in the shade '006 Strawberry Fraise' and it is absolutely gorgeous. It has subtle glitter particles in the formula, but it's not the rough wearing glitter that irritates the lips when they touch. It's not overly sticky but your hair does tend to stick to your lips when the breeze blows your hair in your face. I use this lip gloss when I'm heading out for dinner or to go to the movies or something just to add a bit of colour to my lips. The only fault I found with this product is when you touch your lips or wipe them ever so gently, a lot of the product rubs off onto your finger tips, so reapplying is a must if you like the darker look on your lips.

I'm a sucker for lip gloss, but what I really like about this one is that it looks a bit like mother of pearl, so it is fantastic over ANY other lipstick to give a shimmery shiney look. Also good on it's own for a basic gloss. I like the applicator. I wouldnt say it was 5 x shinier than patent leather though.

I have this gloss in shade 060 Adorned Enjolivee. It is a gorgeous bright pink and has glittery bits in to to make it have an amazing shine. This must be the most pigmented gloss I have ever used. The colour goes on strongly without having to apply too much and it stay put for a long time. I went out for lunch while wearing this and ate a whole meal. When I was finished it was still in perfect condition and I didn't need to touch it up. This gloss is really moisturising and easy to wear for a whole day. I love this product and will definitely be purchasing more of the colours in the range.

I've never been a fan of lip gloss, but what I really like this one! its literally amazing over almost any other lipstick to give a shimmery look. Though it also looks great on its own as well. Very highly recommend this product to anyone.

I've the pink glittery one and it's so shimmery. Although slightly sticky, its shine is definitely worth the stickiness. The lasting power isn't that great. Touch ups are required quite often so only wear this if you're not putting anything in your mouth.

I purchased this in the shade 060 Adorned Enjolivee after swatching it in store numerous times and being amazed at its bright pink goodness! It is a bold bright bright fuchsia pink, which has a cool toned shimmer through it and a super glossy shine. This shade is not for the faint hearted it is one bright bold lip colour!

The packaging is lovely and sleek and I love the quilted design on the lid. The gloss itself has amazing pigmentation and staying power. One swipe of this product is enough, so I can imagine the tube would last a long time (unless you lose it like I did :( ) Once the glossy finish finally disappears (this lasts ages!) you are still left with beautifully stained bright pink lips. This gloss is really comfortable to wear and not at all drying on the lips, so ticks all the boxes for me. It is more sticky than most of the glosses I wear, but, this is the reason it is so long lasting and despite it being more on the sticky side I do not find it uncomfortable like some other super sticky, gluggy glosses.

I would definitely recommend these glosses and will probably repurchase. I'm not sure what the pigmentation of the other shades is like, but, if they are anything like this shade they are well worth the money.

I saw this colour in store a few weeks ago and LOVED it, I have always been a fan of lip glosses with a wand and I love the cute quilted pattern to the lid. This colour is a gorgeous coral/melon tone with a beautiful shimmer. There was no tester in store so for the cheap sale price of $6 I decided to wing it and buy it anyway. I couldnt wait until I got home so as soon as I jumped in the car I decided to give it a go... the colour doesnt really suit my skin tone and it didnt apply very evenly, I had to really make sure the coverage was even instead of just slapping it on which i am use to doing with glosses. I have worn it again and will continue to wear it but not really for everyday wear as i wouldnt be able to tell if it was on evenly or not.

Always unsure of a gloss that promises shine for ever. But this does and it really stays on too. I love it so much now have 3 shades, the perfect nude, a coral and a red. The tube is so pretty with a black textured top which is mess free (even after a ride in the hot car) If you are feeling like you need longevity eg. a night out then popping their matching lipstick on underneath looks gorgeous. Slick and go!

I favor lip balm over lip gloss as I find it more user friendly, don't get me wrong I do have days where I will wear a sheen of lip gloss but its not something I wear on a daily basis.

A lovely Beauty review addict sent me this along with some other goodies a few months back and it wasn't until recently I started wearing this lip gloss. I was sent shade Decadent which is a medium purple color with a tinge of dark pink and shimmer all wrapped up in a clear and black tube.

The applicator has a flat foot which makes it easy to apply with detail and get a clean edge, the formula glides over your lips very easy, slight stickiness but isn't too sticky. You don't find your lips sticking together when your talking or eating. There is a small amount of residue left when you drink from cans or bottles but the majority of the gloss stays to your lips.

I was surprised when I first started using the lip gloss with how much lighter then color was on my lips compared to how it looks in the tube. Its a faint purple tone that is barely noticed unless you look closely, it is wearable with anything since it isnt very dark or bright.

The wear time is about 2 hours before I need to reapply which is a huge difference to other lip glosses I use, I was completely surprised as I thought it was just a regular colored lip gloss, I am so happy and satisfied with this product. Well done Revlon.
