Maybelline Eye Studio Gel Eyeliner Review

This is a good eyeliner! I needed a primer to ensure long lasting results, but the colour (I had it in Charcoal) and the consistency of it were fabulous. Granted, a pen eyeliner is a lot easier to apply, but if you're an expert at your cat eyes, this is the one to try.

This is the liner I use most of the time. I love the way it just glides on and if you stuff up, it's relatively easy to remove without messing up the rest of your makeup. It stays put too, all day and night with no problem. The brush could be better but it's okay.

This is the first gel eyeliner I have tried and I really like it. It stays put all day for me and goes on really smoothly. I did find that it is easier to apply with an eyeliner brush and not the one it comes with as its not the greatest but its useable.

I really love this stuff. Its so easy to apply better than full liquid eyeliner. Tip so fine its easy to correct and do details.

These come in cute little pots with a fine liner brush, making them both fun and sophisticated. I have the Charcoal shade and enjoy applying the creamy gel with a dramatic flick at the end. With a practised hand these are easy to apply but may take a few trial runs to get the perfect line.

They have great staying power and feel great and luscious when on. I must pick up the black one next as I usually just use my Maybelline Master liner (which is my favourite and fab!)

I've been using this for a few years now. I love it 90% of the time. It's easy to apply (if you use an eyeliner brush and not the brush that comes with it), it has a creamy texture that's not too messy. However, after setting this with black shadow, it still seems to smudge on me (the 10% that I don't like). I am still on the hunt for a smudge free gel liner that is just as black.

Before this I had never used a gel liner, and i was rather unsure about it at first but then as i started to use it more often i became a lot happier with it. I must admit tho it is not as easy as a pen, but it has a much darker colour which stays much longer which is a big thing for me!

I liked the idea of using a gel liner as it would make a more slick line which it did however I found that it didn't last as long as a pen would on my skin and it faded quite fast. The brush that came with it is pretty good compared to other brands I have used.

Now i don't actually OWN this but my mum does and every time i go home i sneak into my mum's makeup and use it. I think it's absolutely amazing and once i'm finished with my current gel liner i'll buy this for myself. It's the perfect product for winged, dramatic eyeliner and doesn't seem to dry out! Perfect! The brush included is pretty decent too :)

i love this product, it stays on pretty well and is easy to use , i like using this with an angled eyeliner brush, only thing i dislike is my brush gets hard to use after a while
