L'Oreal Paris Bambi False Lash Mascara Reviews

When I first opened this mascara and saw the shape of the wand, I was dubious as I am used to long thin wands as opposed to this more almond shaped wand. I soon found that I needed have worried at all!

The wand being smaller helps to easier apply the product without smudging onto eyelid or the under eye area. It helps to seperate and elongate lashes, opening up your eye area for a wide eyed beauty look.

The product glides onto lashes easier and makes them look full, long and luscious without being clumpy or thick.

This mascara lasted well throughout the entire day without smudging or panda eye.

Everything about this product is great and I’m going to rave about it!

I decided to try this product after seeing posts about it on social media. I was immediately drawn to the product name and packaging. It was super easy to spot in Farmers and the price didn’t scare me too much. Remember, you pay for quality..

The silver bottle has a very easy to unscrew and hold cap, which allows for easy application. The brush is great and really gets into every corner for even application. The product itself wowed me. The finished result was noticeably longer lashes which didn’t clump and lasted all day!

I can’t remember if the package said it was waterproof or not but I find that if I do have a massive messy cry about anything (I’m 35 weeks pregnant so hormones haha) it tends to run a bit. But it holds up well in the sweaty heat and steam of the shower/bath so.

I am very picky with my mascaras so I wasn't sure about this one...until I used it!

The shape of the applicator is oval which I found weird and normally ones I use are curved the opposite way. The applicator is also rubber rather than bristles which I prefer as it doesn't clog up with product.

My first use had me hooked. You know how normally when you first use a mascara it has soooo much product on it when you first pull it out..well this one didn't do that at all so the container must have a good design inside.

The first brush on my eyelashes went on so easy and kept all the lashes separated well. It did take a lot of coats and strokes because of the shape of the applicator, you can't get all lashes in one go. But I do wonder if this is how it creates the most amazing dimension to your lashes.

Not only do you get amazing dimension the lashes are soo long it's crazy! However because of the shape of my eyes this length did mean it rubbed on my eyelids and transferred product. This was the only downside to the product for me personally. I did look up to see if it came in waterproof and it does so that will be my next purchase to solve that little problem.

100% recommend this product, you wont be disappointed!

1. It looks nice and it's easy to use. Its design is attractive. It's silver, sleek and eye-catching. Its lid is a little thick, but having said that, holding it isn't a problem as it's been designed in a way that makes it easy to grip and use comfortably.

2. It's buildable. One coat of this in black/noir works well for me and does the trick, but I've also found this mascara to be buildable, so for a more dramatic effect, you can apply two or even three coats.

3. The look it achieves is lovely! This mascara is aptly named as it gives you that beautiful, wide-eyed, doe-eyed look! Bambi indeed! I love that it lifts and curls my lashes effortlessly and provides added length. Elongated, winged-out lashes look very pretty on me. It also does provide that kind of attention-getting false-eyelash look! A case in point: I was asked recently if I was wearing false lashes! Nope I replied, I used one coat of LÓreal's Bambi False Lash Mascara! Oh my god, they replied, how did you achieve that with mascara? I don't know was my answer, but it's much easier than mucking around with false lashes!

I'd been on the lookout for a new black mascara and now I've found it! Thanks BR crew for introducing me to it! I'd recommend it to anyone who is looking for a mascara that has the X factor. This one definitely has it.

Bambi Eye comes in a cool silver container. The lid is quite large and is rounded apart from one side that is squared off. I loved the squared of side as it made it easy to hold and much easier to do the 'rotation' style application they recommend.

For me there were no panda eyes or clumps ... just thick, long, black, amazing lashes that stayed on all day/night. I had so many compliments on my eyelashes ... most compliments started with 'wow'.

Mascara is the one product I struggle to find 'a good one'. I'm not sure if its my hair type or eyelash shape but they are either too clumpy or don't seem to do anything etc. I've made a large number of bad mascara purchases over the years and wasted a lot of money. As such, I didn't hold out much hope for 'Bambi' but was very pleasantly surprised. For my eyelashes it works brilliantly - makes them nice and long, is so easy to apply and isn't clumpy at all. I like the handle you hold to apply also, its a bit thicker which I think gives you more control.

Yes, yes, yes, YES! This is THE first mascara that actually curls my stubborn thin straight lashes and HELD the curls until the end of the day when I removed the mascara! I didn’t even need to use lash curler before applying the mascara!

It is THAT good, I would definitely need to start stockpiling this mascara, in case they decide to change the formula or discontinuing it.

Love the fat brush - reminded me of a mascara from another brand that I love. It deposited the right amount, no need to faff about trying to get rid of too much mascara on the wand.

I find one layer is enough to thicken, curl, and define my eyelashes. My eyelashes stay soft, didn’t turn into hard spiky thing when the mascara has dried. It’s not as lengthening as other mascara I have, but overall I prefer this Bambi, simply because of the curl power.

It doesn’t have weird smells and it doesn’t smudge. Even on very humid, rainy days. My most favourite product from the bunch I trialled. Thanks for introducing me to it!

I've enjoyed trialing this mascara and love how it makes my lashes look.

The wand is thick and oval with short bristles. It makes it easy to apply on both bottom and lower lashes. I don't have problems with this mascara clumping or making my lashes stick together. It doesn't flake or smudge throughout the day, but is still easy to remove at the end of the day.

I do have mascaras that make my lashes look thicker and darker, but I love how naturally long and full this makes my lashes look. It curls my lashes nicely, when used with or without an eyelash curler. It gives my lashes lots of length. My favourite thing about this is that when I wear it, I don't feel like it looks like I'm wearing mascara (if that makes sense). I own, and have tried, lots of mascaras that make my lashes look longer and fuller, but don't look natural at all, and mascara that looks natural, but doesn't make my lashes as long or full as I would like. This mascara is one of the only ones I've tried that I feel does both - makes it look like I have naturally, long, pretty lashes. This isn't a mascara I would use when doing full glam makeup, but I've been loving it for everyday use - both for how it makes my lashes look and how easy it is to apply.

I think the price of $30 is fair. I would recommend this if you were looking for a good, everyday mascara.

This mascara really does make my lashes looks longer and helps to curl them. It also does a great job of separating my lashes and defining them. This also has very good staying power and it drys quickly and doesn't smudge throughout the day!
