I absolutely loved this liner when I first used it. Lovely, simple, elegant packaging, a great, firm-but-flexible applicator tip for amazing control and precise application, and a really nice formula. It has good pigment, a nice, creamy consistency that dries quickly to a smooth, matte finish, and really good staying power. It lasts all day, with no transfer, no fading, no flaking, no smudging. BUT after just a month or so, it started running out. Suddenly I was having to apply multiple layers to build up colour, and pretty soon after that I could barely get any product on the applicator at all. I wear eyeliner every day, so I go through liners more quickly than some people, I guess, but I've never had one die on me like this. It was expensive and it was L'Oreal! so I certainly expected better. Maybe I got a bum batch or something?But I won't buy it again, just in case. Such a shame though. While it lasted, it was a fabulous, effective and easy-to-use liner that looked set to being one of my all-time favourites.
Tips: Use the very tip of the applicator for fine, elegant lines. For fatter lines and more dramatic looks, hold the applicator flatter against your lash line.
