More so brightens, not whitens. Would use it to maintain a teeth whitening than actual whitening. It also kinda stings my face as I wash my teeth in the shower so it must have some active ingredient in it. It definitely works.. but more so a maintenance toothpaste.

It's a good toothpaste
I started using this to whiten my teeth and it's done a decent job. It has a classic toothpaste taste so nothing different from the others when it comes to taste. Using this consistently day and night is key to seeing results. I will say the results are not blowing me away but slight changes in shades are visible. A little goes a long way with this toothpaste so don't need much on the brush. It is more on the expensive side considering the size but if looking for whitening definitely worth a try.

My favourite toothpaste
I found when using this toothpaste vs when using another it did make my teeth whiter but I only noticed when I switched to a different toothpaste. I quickly switched back as no other toothpaste makes my teeth feel as clean. I have converted my boyfriend also and he feels other toothpaste dosent leave his breath as fresh as this.

An affordable option for whiter teeth.
Ok so.. I have been using this on and off for the past few Weeks.. The reason why I say on and off is I had instantly whiter teeth after a couple days but the minute you top using it, you lose your new lighter pearly whites.. So what do I think? Because its quite intense (I will explain in tips) I think you are best to use this in the morning and after a coffee.. I wouldn't recommend using at night (see why below). The pro of this toothpaste compared to many others is your teeth stay clean for A LONG TIME and you wont wake up with that grose build up in your mouth.
Tips: If you are gluten intolerant in any way.. This toothpaste will give you a bit of indigestion and an upset stomach so avoid using at night.. (unless you brush your teeth quite some time before bed.) I had to switch to using this during the day to avoid feeling ill in bed. However, this definitely lightens teeth and will remove weird stains that other toothpastes don't seem to remove. I would recommend for morning brushing and after a coffee or red wine session.

I like this toothpaste, after using it my teeth feel super clean and I also like that different texture it has. Although I haven't noticed a difference in the colour of my teeth. But I would definitely use it again

Teeth feel dentist clean
I like how this product makes your teeth feel really clean, like you have been to the dentist. Taste is pretty good too. If you use it all the time, does help take stains off your teeth.

Best toothpaste!!!!
I love this toothpaste so much. I have tried so many different whitening toothpastes and this one I like the best. It tastes good, doesn't leave a gritty feeling on your teeth or in your mouth. I would highly recommend this product to anyone. I have tried the new max white from Colgate and this is far better than that product.
Tips: Give it time to work and use it everyday.

I actually really like this toothpaste and have it in my drawer at the mo. But I realised recently I don’t know enough about the long term effects of this sort of product, they are not raved about by dentists that’s for sure. So I have temporarily stopped using it. However, I think it’s pretty effective, my teeth definitely were slightly whiter, so I was impressed that the product does live up to its claim. I also like the flavour and the feel of using it. It also leaves your breath really fresh and mouth feels so clean.
