Aveeno Stress Relief Moisturising Lotion Review

I'm a big fan of Aveeno body lotions for the past few years with the exception of a few bottles from other brands. Aveeno was my to go brand and I stocked up on it and gifted bottles to family and friends and turned them on to it as well. So after years of mainly using the Aveeno Skin Relief Moisturizing Lotion (the blue one), and sometimes Aveeno Active Naturals Moisturizer (the green one) for variety, I decided to try the purple one to give myself a bit more variety. It moisturizes well and keeps my skin healthy and hydrated like the two other Aveeno body lotions but it has a gentle lavender scent with maybe a hint of chamomile. I'm not a huge lavender fan but this was nice for a bit of change. It's not a herbal lavender or strong lavender scent so it suits someone who's not crazy about lavender as a scent but doesn't mind it. Sort of reminds me of Johnson's sort of lavender scents but not as good. It doesn't have any lavender oil added so there's fragrance included in the product. My skin loves Aveeno lotions I have fairly sensitive skin and Aveeno body lotions have never irritated it and suited my skin year round. All around it’s a lovely product, affordable and easy to find. I'll probably repurchase this when I want a bit more variety in my body lotions since Aveeno body lotion is a staple in my body care products.

I am a great fan of the Aveeno range, and this one is just as great as the rest, the scent really does relax you after a long day and it's a great go to after swimming and to calm sunburnt skin, all though it's quote pricey, it will deliver in softness and moisture for the full 24 hours, You can really feel the difference in your skin and the appearance looks absolutely wonderful . You get a good amount in the bottles so they are full to the top and the pump delivers the exact amount. It's great for the entire family to use and I think the only trouble I have had is trying to get the rest out when the pump won't. Overall a great anti stress soothing and cream.

Used this on my child when younger as it would help relax and sleep it's really nice and didn't find it too greasy either which was great

After looking for what seemed like forever for an off the shelf product to calm my nerves and skin irritations I could not have picked better than Aveeno Stress Relief. The cream was applied smoothly and absorbed readily and the smell was just devine, lingering long after the lotion had absorbed. I noticed instant results with this product in both mood and skin.

Aveeno products are the one thing I would never skip out on. I have very difficult skin especially due to weather and stress and I feel this product really works

This product has been amazing for my son and I who both suffer from eczema. We've been using this and the aveeno dermexa cream and our skin in so soft! We haven't used any steroid creams in over a month now which is huge for us, especially in the winter. The smell is pleasant, and the pump is ideal. We will definitely continue to reuse!

This moisturizer was given to me as a gift at my baby shower as a joke due to the stress relief aspect of it. IT IS FANTASTIC. It smells divine but is not overpower and truly I think the smell is relaxing. It is a great moisturizer, not too greasy, quick absorption and the pump works great. Will be purchasing this again and again.

I cant honestly say I felt less stressed using this lotion but I was amazingly moisturised!

This is a beautifully hard working lotion for tired and dry skin. It is easy to apply with the attatched pump. It is a great sized bottle, seems to last for ages, and well priced. I used this for 4 days in a row in the beginning to see what the results would be and I was pleasently surprised. I felt it actually did what it said it would do. My skin looked younger and smoother and well moisturised. It is now a part of my daily routine, I wouldnt be without it.

This is my second favourite Aveeno lotion. The same great formula as the regular lotion, but with a light floral fragrance. I like lavender for its relaxing qualities, but I don't find this that lavender-ish. It does have a nice light, floral scent that won't clash with your perfume. A white lotion that tends towards the thicker end of the spectrum, it leaves my skin well moisturised and absorbs well. I know some people like a pump bottle for hygiene's sake, but personally I find them quite wasteful. There is always a lot that the pump just can't get out towards the end of the bottle...luckily the bottle is plastic. I cut it open and scoop out the remainder and usually get about two more weeks out of it. This product can be expensive, but I stock up when Countdown has a half price sake, or when it is on special at Pak n Save. I have repurchased several times.
