Alpha Keri Lotion Review

Alfa Keri has been around for such a long time, I remember using it on my babies. There are many skin issues this is good for but I used it as a straight body moisturiser. It is gentle enough for babies and nourishing enough for mum as well. It has a subtle fragrance which is not in the least offensive. I bought a 1 litre bottle and it came with a pump which we all love and makes it so much easier to dispense. The lotion itself is quite thick but if too much is used it can be a bit sticky or oily so it might take a couple of uses to get the right amount.

During a time when my skin on my legs and torso were very dry and irrated I was told you use this. The doctor suggested it so I thought it would be brilliant.

For my skin it did not help. If anything my skin got worse with a itch. It is meant to not have perfumes and is meant to help with very dry skin. I find it does smell and didn't sooth my skin. I find it is to light a consistency as well.

I grew up with this in the house, Mum always had a bottle and still does. She uses it because she has very sensitive, dry skin prone to eczema. I tend to take Mum's half used bottle when I see she's bought a replacement. I use it as a basic body moisturiser when I've run out, if I get a bit sunburnt and want my skin to get back essential mositure but don't want it reacting to anything else. It's a thick lotion, no fragrance, comes in a bottle or with a pump.

Alpha Keri doesn't seem to have changed much apart from the packaging since when I was younger when it was always used for everything in our home. I love anything that has a pump as it makes it so much easier to use. Having children they use it a lot aswell because it isn't really smelly (girly smelling lol) like a lot of the other products. I find it a bit think but that just makes me think it's working better. Left my skin feeling softer and not as dry.

Alpha Keri Lotion is one of the brands that has been around in the family for decades just like the Vaseline brand. Love Alpha Keri lotion, so smooth and cooling when applying, has a great soft scent. love this product

I haven't used old lotion and just recently bought new formula so can't really compare. But I like it. It is easy to use, has nice smell and keeps my skin soft and hydrated. I recommend it.

I use this every morning and night, I have very sensitive excema and this cream is perfect! It deeply moisturises my skin and it feels so soft and leaves a lovely shine. Only issue is its so hard to find I often find its sold out or stores only order a small amount but a great product I would recommend for the face!!

I’ve tried lots of different body lotions and moisturizers in the quest to find a perfect product for my skin that has a tendency to get quite dry and lacking moisture.

I brought this as I had tried other products from this brand before and I do get drawn towards moisturizers with a pump, just convenient and hygienic.

The packaging is quite basic and simple. White teamed with purple, with writing it the brand.

I found the formula to be really nice and hydrating. It sunk in well and didn’t cause any irritation to my slightly sensitive skin. It ticked the boxes in terms of what hydration it gave me. Overall, it’s a really nice moisturizer that I will definitely recommend.

After having surgery on my hand and my throat the lovely lady at the chemist recommended Alpha Keri to help with scar tissue. My gosh! What a wonder it was! Smooth easily absorbed and a light pleasant smelling scent. Doctors were impressed with the healing and lack of scar tissue. I know use it daily and my skin has never felt or looked better!
