I’m always torn between natural versus cosmetic/chemical skincare as it’s often hard to find a natural product that I would buy again. Well ladies this has to be it!
A divinely fragranced pot of silky smooth creamy eye treatment that glides on smoothly and absorbs quickly. I find this eye cream on the oily side which means you don’t need as much on your fingertip and it keeps hydrating all through the day.
The aroma I get when I use this is overwhelmingly honey of which Manuka is one of the main ingredients so for me personally it’s pleasant. The list of ingredients is quite long on the cute green jar but when you read them they’re all pretty much natural oils or extracts.
I would definitely buy this one again as I recently did a skin evaluation online and it said amongst other ladies of a similar age (late 40s) my eyes were my best feature in terms of ageing effects. I’m unsure whether it has a brightening effect though like the claims on the box.
The only reason why I wouldn’t give this a 5 is that it’s fairly pricey, hopefully it’s in the vault when I next need a jar.
So I love Antipodes - from the packaging, to the pots and droppers, to the product. I was so excited to get this product (Christmas BBBE) to try.
Well, it come sin the usual cute box with a cute 30ml pot inside. the product is a moderately creamy cream. All the things I love so far, BUT, the smell. Oh dear. I don't know what it is but it is strong and bordering on unpleasant. That is a shame because I really like the effect of the product so far - smooth and less puffy under-eyes, that look and feel more hydrated and smooth.
I am going to persevere if I can because I think it's great for my skin, but it isn't that nice and the smell lingers. I'm not sure that I can recommend it, but definitely would if the scent was different.
