I believe I have been lucky enough to trial one of Dr LeWinns' products before, and so I was very keen to try this face cream out! I found it lived up to it's claims of being incredibly nourishing and moisturising while soothing sensitive skin. The tub is huge, with 50g of product (if I recall correctly), and is appealing in it's good design.
This cream has a thick consistency, and a little bit goes a long way. It absorbs quickly, leaving my skin feeling plump and hydrated but not greasy. Makeup applied perfectly over this cream too, it did not impact on the look or wear of face products. It had a slight smell, but this was not offensive in any way, and did not linger for long.
I noticed that after a few days of using this cream, my skin had fewer dry patches, and it was also much smoother. If I was able to find this cream at a reasonable price, I would definitely repurchase for this reason, as it definitely worked as advertised and helped improve the condition of my skin.
I really liked this mousturiser/day cream!
I have a four month old so naturally, skincare isn't the top of my priority list at the moment. I also have super sensitive skin which loves the opportunity to break out in dermatitis so i tend to stick to water/nothing. Despite this I gave it a go and was pleasantly surprised.
The cream is nice and light, went on easily and didn't feel heavy or gluggy or like I was going to sweat it off right away.
The scent is great for me aka unscented so it doesn't assault the nostrils either.
Unfortunately my wrinkles haven't miraculously disappeared, but my skin does feel more hydrated.
The packaging makes you look like you are getting a lot more than you actually are, which I think is common for these types of products but it is still misleading.
All in all, I really like this moisturiser, my sensitive skin seems to benefit from it and I will continue to use.
