I love this quad! Beautiful colours, it's very handy to have in your purse when in a hurry to work as it's quite small in size. Although I definitely think investing in a good eyeshadow primer for this product

Tips: invest in a good set of brushes!!!
I love eyeshadows, and I got this one as part of a free gift with a revlon giveaway in the neutral palette. I didn't like it at first, but now that I've figured out the correct way to use it, I absolutely love it. I find it works best with some sort of a primer though, to get the best color pay off and lasting power. I use maybelline eye tattoo in the pots in the white colour, and it really helps it stay on. The colour in this palette is gorgeous and natural with just the right amount of sparkle :)
I use this quad practically everyday before I go to Uni and they last. The colours are very neutral and work for each section of the eye - the quad has a highlighter, all over lid, crease and outer corner shade, you can't really ask for more in a quad. The colour pigmentation is good, the highlighter can be a little chalky but stays on well. I find a primer really brings out the best in these shadows.
I absolutely live this quad! It is so versatile, I use the neutral colours for a natural everyday look and in te evening for a night look you can top up your make up using the darker colour. It's amazing!
For my first ever eyeshadow palette this was quite good! The light pink colour isn't so pigmented as the other colours but the palette is still good for a makeup beginner :)
Tips: You will need to build up the eyeshadow colours up if your wanting a more dramatic look
This eyeshadow is ok, but I find the lighter colours are not very pigmented and you have to use a lot of them.
Tips: The dark colours are easier to use then the lighter ones!
i love these colors, they are so natural for daytime/work, the instruction on the back show where to put the colors as well and i found that's what helped me when i first started wearing eyeshadow.
As a busy person it is important for me to use eye products that are reliable and stay on for the whole day without needing reapplication. Revlon ColourStay 16 Hour Eyeshadow not only has colour combinations that I like but is also reliable and stays on without any fade from the morning until I get home from work at night
I'm a bit of an eyeshadow snob, but the purple palette of this totally caught my eye. I like it. Good pigmentation, long lasting (not sure I'd ever get through a 16 hour day with it on, I must be a Nana!) - and they apply and blend well. I like that Revlon have a guide on the back for novices to suggest where to apply colours in certain places on the eye.
BUT.... For the price that we pay in NZ though - seriously? Can get higher end cosmetics online, shipped to NZ for cheaper than what Revlon sells their products for in NZ. This makes me really sad!
I love this quad, I wear it most days to work and even in a hot photographic lab it stays in place! Easy to apply and looks great with brown eyes!!
Tips: Always spend those few extra dollars to get great eyeshadow brushes!
