Do you prefer to use liquid or solid lipsticks?

I hardly ever use solid lipstick because it generally feels dry and I love the glossy smooth feeling of liquid lipsticks

I normally use matte lipsticks and recently have been loving liquid matte lipsticks! I dont like lip gloss as most are thick and sticky but would love to try and test a liquid lipstick!

I love a glossy look and normally use apply a lipstick or lipliner first then lipgloss. Haven't tried a liquid lipstick before but would love to and would love a place on this trial team :)

Solid is just always a classic and it seems to stay on so much better ! and there never really a fuss with it being sticky and getting all over the place especially when it windy like some liquids do !

Had this poll in my head the last few days so went and checked the 3 handbags I swap between. Ratio of Liquid Vs Solid in each bag - 2:1 ! Seems I definitely prefer my glossies :) Do prefer a good colour in them though, no pales for me. Like the sound of this Za with its richness!

I'm definitely a solid lipstick fan, a bit of moisture is okay, but I prefer a matte finish. I think its because I have long hair and there is nothing worse than battling with stray hairs that stick to my lips and need to be carefully removed before they smudge the lipstick all across my face! Also why I don't use lip gloss, even though I love a high gloss finish. Only scenario is if my hair is up in a tight bun, and gelled down entirely.

I am a liquid girl, I love the glossy look! =) I do own a couple of solids but I always put lip gloss over the top of them.

I have never tried a liquid lipstick before so would be great to give it a try

I have mostly used solid lipsticks over the years but recently discovered the fabulous Chichi matte lip lacquers... They are so amazing, delivering good pigmentation and shine then wearing down to a matte finish that lasts all day. I love them and would be keen to try something similar. You could say I'm converted except for windy days when my hair is down = disaster, lippy on hair and face!!

I definitely prefer the shiny finish of liquid lipsticks, but often find that they are a bit sticky - so I usually have to stick to putting clear gloss on top of a matte lipstick

I only have solid lipsticks at the moment because I lost my liquid one but I loved it because I found once it set it had better stay power. I'm not sure if it's like that with all liquid lipsticks though!

I've been a huge solid lipstick fan all throughout.. Never found a liquid one to stay and have a creamy effect. Keen to try this one as it looks quite cool...

I love solid lipsticks because they don't tend to run like liquid lippies. This sounds ideal - would love to try it if it will provide the gloss without the runny stickiness!

I'm pretty new to lipsticks! I was never a lipstick wearer, til I bought my first few recently. So far I only own solid lipsticks, but would love to try a liquid lipstick!
