Maybe you're new to Beauty Review; or perhaps you've read some reviews, but haven't really explored the site yet? It might surprise you to find out then, that there are lots and lots of very cool things to do. Seriously, if you love beauty, you'll probably find you never have to leave Beauty Review to get your beauty fix!
We thought we'd tell you just 10 of the cool things to do around here.
1. Write a review
Beauty Review would not exist without our thousands and thousands of members writing reviews! To get started on Beauty Review why not jump straight in and share your thoughts on your favourite product? The Brand Directory is a great place to explore the products already on the site, and our Tips For Writing A Great Review will help you start on the right path!
2. Put your hand up for a trial opportunity
We all love beauty products right? And we think there's nothing more fun than trying something new and telling the world your experiences. Which is exactly what we invite members to do almost everyday of the week! Check out our open trial opportunities and comment on the ones that interest you - share your experiences or tell us why you would love to be on this trial team. We really do read every comment!
3. Upload a photo to the Photowall
Share your makeup looks, favourite nail art, photo shoots, hair inspiration, shopping hauls, trial experiences. As long as your photo is beauty related, it belongs on the Beauty Review Photowall! And you can chat to other members about their photos by commenting!
4. Join in the discussion on the Forum
At the top of the screen,to the left of your name, is an innocent looking link - Forum. But be warned, click on this link and you'll quite possibly lose yourself for hours chatting about all things beauty with other Beauty Review members.
5. Follow your favourite reviewers
If you read a review and think 'I'd love to hear more from this reviewer', click the plus sign on their avatar and you'll be able to keep up with all of their reviews, photos and site activity!
6. Add items to your Beauty Bookmarks
The Beauty Review profile has evolved to a personalisable Beauty Space. Throughout the site you'll see Add To My Beauty Bookmarks, where you can add items to your Products I Want and Products I Need To Review lists. You can also bookmark articles for future reference!
7. Share your favourite products, reviews and articles via Social Media
Across the site you'll notice Facebook and Twitter share icons. You can share your favourite products, articles or even our fabulous trial opportunities with your nearest and dearest.
8. Connect your beauty blog
Are you a beauty blog? You can submit your blog and share it with hundreds of thousands of beauty lovers every month! Once your blog has been approved, every post you make will be automatically featured in our blog feed!
9. Comment on a review you've enjoyed
Do you ever read a review and have questions for the reviewer? Or maybe you just want to tell them it was a fabulous review? Then take a minute to comment on it - and make another member's day!
10. Snoop inside the Beauty Vault
The Beauty Vault is now available for browsing every single day! Will you be able to resist checking if something new has been added, or counting the days until it next opens and you can exchange your hard earned Beauty Points for vault products?
