Eek! A while back I put my name down to try the Schwarzkopf hair colour, then I received an email saying my product was on its way - e.g. no invitation to accept or decline. Usually I would be thrilled (well, I am thrilled!) but unfortunately I’ve been offered some work for a few weeks in a workplace where rose gold hair won’t fly, so I can’t trial the product until a few weeks down the track.
I’ve tried emailing BR about it a couple of times but my review is due tomorrow and I still haven’t heard anything back. I’m panicking that after this I won’t get offered any more trials.
Has anyone else had this problem? Do you know if there is any flexibility on the review dates? I get that I’m being very annoying, but I would never be so rude as to just take the product and not review it or not contact BR about my dilemma!
Anyone else been in my shoes?
