At first I wasn't 100% sure what this balm was exactly to be used for. Till I learned that it can be an all over body moisturizer that helps out dry skin and even out skin tone. . I started using it mostly through winter as that's when my skin is the most problematic when it comes to dry skin and needs a bit of help to tackle the dryness. The balm itself is a balm that reminds me of was that boys put in their hair (wax), however with the notable difference that it warms up in your hands and turns to a silky oil and once placed on the skin (while leaving you looking a little oil) absorbs so beautiful. I swear my skin drunk this product up. Did it tackle the dryness? Absolutely, however I was using it every morning and started to notice breakouts in my T zone more than usual so started only applying it if my skin really needed it. I put the breakouts down to the oiliness of the product. . Did it even out skin tone? I don't think so. I noticed no difference. But as for a moisturizer this works amazing and I recommend it for anyone that needs an extra boost. I can't review it as an all over body balm as I never used it all over except for the face and neck. . Scent wise, its pleasant. In between nutty and sweet. Not over powering.
Tips: Use as needed. When your skin is feeling a little blergh and dry apply a pea sized amount as this product really does go along way when applied onto the skin!
