I think it depends what kind of hormone problems you have...I have zero of any hormones (dont even know how thats possible !) and i've been given a natural herb to help try and get my body to start making it on its own...not sure if it works yet only been a month but time will tell ....
I kind of think its best to go to your GP or a holistic type doctor who can help balance them out naturally.
