Amazing product - must try

Pros - no mess, love It! The product just apply an even thin film of wax onto my skin. - wax strip is sturdy and soft. I've tried reusing them and it still grabbed the wax. None was left on my skin. So ended up using only four strips for both legs. - I've never waxed before so was a bit worried on the pain as I have low tolerance for it. Was amazed it didn't hurt at all. - I've got fine hair and it removed each one of them. Impressive and pain free. - perfect finish wipe just moisturised my legs after the wax. And I used it to clean the roller. - because it applies an even thin film, the wax refill is still full.

Cons - instruction to heat it for 20mins. I had to do it for 40mins for the wax to easily glide on my skin. After 5mins I had to reheat it again as I struggle to apply it onto my skin.

Tips: Wax should roll on easily onto your skin. If not, reheat for another 5 mins and your good to go.

Make sure you follow the instruction careful and you'd be fine. Thanks BR. I'll definitely continue to use this product.

Nice and Smooth :)

I loved this product, It was great that the heating of the wax stayed at a good temperature - you don't have to worry about it burning you.

It went on easy and even i didn't have to go over again in the same spot which is great. The first one i got my husband to pull off but then noticed it wasn't as painful as i thought, so i was able to do the rest myself - well apart from the back of my legs which was hard-ish to reach well enough to pull off straight.

The finishing wipes are great and made my legs feel nice a refreshed.

All in all my legs feel great and i would do it again. Thank you

Tips: Get someone to help pull off the ones on the back of you legs so they get pulled off straight.

A little Extra heat for Veet

I was really excited to try the Veet EasyWax Electrical Roll On as I have been waxing for many years, either at the salon or using the strips that you rub together in your hands.

Firstly, inside the box you will find the base, the warmer, the electrical connector, a wax refill, the strips and after wax wipes.

The instructions recommend that you heat the wax up for 20 minutes but I found that it worked better when it was heated for longer - about 45 - 60 minutes meant the wax was a much better consistency and rolled on really smoothly.

Once the wax has heated, you roll it on in the direction that the hair grows, place the wax strips on, hold the skin taught and pull off in the opposite direction of the hair growth.

The instructions also recommend that hair growth of 2-5mm is best and I was well within (or even beyond) the level of growth as I had been growing my leg hairs for the big trial ;-).

Overall it only took me around 45 minutes to wax my legs (not including heating time) but I imagine I will get faster as I use it more often. I found the applicator base in which the wax sits really easy to use, however the hotter and more melted the wax was, the better and easier it applied to the skin.

I didn’t think it was too painful but I have been waxing for almost 20 years so the hair that I do have is quite fine and sparse.

I am definitely a huge waxing fan and think this is a fantastic product which worked really well for me. I will be buying more refills and making less trips to my usual waxing salon this summer.

Tips: Heat for approximately 45-60 minutes for a smooth result and more melted wax. Try and apply a very thin layer of wax to your legs - a thicker application is hard to remove leaving wax on your legs. Apply the wax in the direction of your hair growth and rip the strips in the opposite direction. Always use the wipes and apply moisturiser straight after to leave your legs super smooth.

Roll on wax, who knew?!

In my quest to find the perfect method for waxing the veet easy wax roll on has been a surprise. I've tried various ways of waxing - hard wax, gel wax, strip wax, "at home" salon kit wax, and all of then are annoying, hard wax obviously is for brazillian or bekini waxing but it's horrible and such a pain to do yourself (excuse the pun.) the rest is just messy and takes forever. The salon kit wax would be my second choice but why the roll-on wax is so much better for legs because it's QUICK! It's much less messy and does quite a good job at removing all the hair, only takes about 20mins to warm up and regulates its own heat, gives an even cover surface of wax when applying so it's easier not to waste unnecessarily.

Tips: Try applying two layers of wax on top of each other if the hair is stubborn to come out, try to press down quite hard so enough wax is applied, rub vigorously before removing the strip as this helps the wax to grip the hair. And be quick when you remove the strip! The quicker the less pain!

This made me stop shaving my legs!

I love this product. I bought one about 18 months ago.

The funny thing is i'm such a drip when it comes to having my legs waxed, it's the part of me that hurts the most, but I’ve got to say, with this product it hardly hurts at all.

You plug the unit in, and leave it for about 20-30 minutes to heat the wax up. Then you just roll it on the part you want to wax, apply the strip that comes with the product and off you go.

I find it works brilliantly and for me is almost painless. I’ve only ever used it on my legs so I can’t comment on what it would be like on other places, but it is so quick and convenient.

The only thing I don’t like about it is the fact that the plug plugs, into the unit, not the base, so you have to keep pulling the plug in and out when you are actually doing the job, which is a bit of a pain, but apart from this, this is seriously the best leg waxing product I’ve used.

At $40 I reckon it’s a bargain. It would cost me $60 to have my legs waxed in a salon, and I reckon this would last you 4 months if you waxed each leg (knee down) every month.

Tips: I did run out of strips before the wax refill ran out but you can just go and buy a box of plain strips.

Veet Easy Wax

I loved being selected to try this. I found it look longer than instructions for it to heat up but eventually was right. I used this on my armpits & really wish the roll was a bit smaller but if I had used for my legs it would have been perfect size. The wax was a cute colour & smelt nice. I was late on my review due to needing to grow my hair to wax. Overall the instructions were good, I've used wax before so generally knew what to do. Possibly a few more strips would have been good. I like the concept of easy at home waxing & this product would suit that with the above adjustments. I would use this again, next time on my legs :)

Easy to use, smooth result

The wax kit comes in with a heating device set, wax (replaceable), 12 or 13 strips, and some soothing wipes. I first tested out the wax on my legs. I did leave the wax on heating at least 10 minutes longer than stated on instruction, which was 20 minutes. Then when I was applying the product, it actually went on very smoothly, did not need too much effort as I thought it would take. Good kind of surprise. I left the strips on for around 3 minutes when they were cooling down, then simply pulled them off against the way natural hair grows. The result was actually quite amazing. It did not hurt too much, also leaving the skin very smooth. I also compared the treated areas with the areas that I had IPL hair removal on, they turned out to be equally smooth. I'm very satisfied with the result. However, the device and refill do get super hot, be careful with that.

Tips: Leave the device on heating a little longer than 20 minutes, better not unattended though. Be careful when taking out refill as it's super hot!

Waxing Made Easy

I have been using this product for about 1 and a half years now and it is definitely worth buying. I use this to wax my arms and legs and it removes all the hair in one go.One thing I dont like about this is that it does pull on my hair the first few times when I roll it on but thats expected because you have to build up the wax by rolling it. It also takes a little while to heat up but I dont mind that because I just do other stuff while I wait. All in all, this product changed my life! I no longer waste any money on going to a beauty salon. its so convenient and definitely worth the money.

No more mess!!

I've always been a home waxer, but got so frustrated with the mess and mucking around with hot wax tubs and finding spatulas etc that I asked for an epilator for Christmas. Don't get me wrong, I love my epi, but it still doesn't work as well as waxing did. So when I saw this product being reviewed on here I had to try it out.

Fortunately from reading the other reviews I was prepared to heat it for a long time before using it, I waited around 40minutes and it was perfect. I guess the fuller the cartridge, the longer it will take.

The first thing that struck me with this, was the simplicity. No dripping wax or spatulas, no mess - no fuss. You simply plug the unit in and leave it to heat. Once it's at temperature, roll on the wax and using the strips supplied, remove - viola! The pack also comes with some really great after-use wipes that remove any excess wax, these work brilliantly but they will run out before the wax does, so I will resort to good old baby oil then.

The only downside I found with this product is that the cord plugs into the unit itself, rather than the base. This means that unless your able to wax comfortably right beside a powerpoint, you have to unplug it every time you apply the wax.

Tips: If the wax doesn't apply smoothly, leave it for longer - it will not overheat. Apply a fine dusting of baby powder to your legs to ensure the wax adheres perfectly to your hair. If you've run out of wipes, use baby oil to remove excess wax.

Veet EasyWax Electrical Roll On

Overall I found that this would be a great product for people who are confident enough to do waxing at home. The wax took a bit longer to heat up than it said on the box, about 40ish minutes. The wax came off smoothly and evenly, however, I did roll over the same area twice to get better coverage.

I'm not very good at waxing but I found it incredibly easy to take off and it wasn't painful. I found that there was a lot of residue left but I believe it could be because I'm a beginner.

I'm quite happy with the results, and proud that I done it myself.

Tips: There are only 12 strips in the pack, you will need to buy more as the wax will definitely out last the strips!

I had residue as well, and I'm an at home waxer ... I think it's just the strips :-)
