I love this rosehip oil. It was recommended to me by the physio after some surgery following a fracture to my wrist. I soon discovered that as well as the healing properties to my scar it is also useful for many other purposes. I give my face a good massage with this oil about once a week and my skin is soft and feels really good and, after cleansing, ready for the day's makeup. It is wonderful for dry heels too and dry elbows. My grandmother used to put oil on her hands and go to sleep wearing cotton gloves - if you could be bothered, rose hip oil would be fantastic treatment for dry hands. I always tell people about this product, everyone should have a bottle on the dressing table. Special oil for treating your body.
Tips: Use sparingly, a little goes a long way.
I put this on at night after I've cleaned my face. I can be pretty lazy so I use it instead of a moisturizer. And I have to say this works so much better than any night time moisturizer I have ever used. I wake up with a bright complexion, it also seems to help out with my breakouts and improves the texture of my skin
What can I say - This stuff is liquid gold for dehydrated skin! I used this nearly every night during summer and I noticed a huge difference in the suppleness of my skin when I woke in the morning. I also use this for blemish scars and noticed a huge difference in how quickly and effectively my scars healed.
Tips: A little goes a long way! Use sparingly.
This is a fabulous product. I recently had a facial at a day spa and they recommended using a rose hip oil. The trilogy range had some great reviews and so I bought some to try it out. It's great, I love how my skin feels after I've applied it. Definitely recommended :)
I recently discovered rose-hip oil and it has now become a crucial part of my skin care routine. After hearing so many great things about the trilogy brand I thought I would give this product a go and see how it compared to other rosehip oils I have tried.
I use this on my face morning and night but love how multipurpose it is and have read great things about its scar reducing qualities which I am yet to test out.
I'm not a huge fan of the scent of rose-hip but have become used to it and don't mind considering how fantastic this makes my skin look. I have dry sensitive skin and this does wonders for preventing my dry patches that randomly appear on my face. In my experience it has really brightened up my complexion, dull skin be gone!
This brand has a great dispenser (a dropper) which other more affordable brands don't have and definitely makes it easier to use.
For the price and results this is a must have for me and something I would recommend to all who want soft, youthful healthy looking skin.
I don't think I will repurchase this specific brand as I didn't find it any different to cheaper options available at the supermarket but it is lovely all the same.
Tips: I like to use this morning and night after cleansing and toning my face. I then apply this and let it absorb into the skin for a few minutes before applying my day or night cream :)
I have purchased and started using this product for the last month or so because my skin suddenly started to feel really dry. I usually have a combination skin type but I noticed my foundation was not sitting properly anymore, as it was mostly getting absorbed into my skin, and fine lines started to appear around my eyes. I wanted something rich, but not heavy and this seemed like the perfect product. I use it during the day before my moisturiser and at night as a serum before my night cream. What I noticed is that I definitely needed to wash and tone my skin properly or the product just sits on the surface making my face look really shiny. Once applied, only a small drop per area (forehead, cheeks, and neck) was sufficient to fully hydrate. My skin feels really soft now, it feels more hydrated, and I certainly have my old glow back. I won't be using this product in summer as I feel it would be too heavy, but for a quick fix during winter time, this is definitely worth the money.
Tips: Use sparingly.
This has been one of my beauty staple for more than a year now (the only product that has had me wanting more!). i havent had any major breakouts since i started using this and has moisturized my skin on most days! there are times when my skin still flakes but i think thats more on my monthly hormonal imbalance.
I used this on a scar on my leg from an accident, and after using it the scar has faded significantly, and it doesn't show up in photos anymore, I think it is the combination of the antioxidant and the oil. Would recommend to anyone with scars and acne scars (has helped a lot with this without making me break out).
Tips: Use it regularly for best results!
After years of using steroid based creams on my face to minimize eczema, I weaned my skin off them using trilogy rosehip oil. Not only has my skin recovered and plumped from years of being thinned by steroids, I hardly get eczema flare ups these days and have piece of mind that I am not putting any chemicals into my skin with this completely natural product.
Tips: For people with normal to oily skin, a little will go a long way. Dry skin will just drink it up though and so you tend to go through it more quickly.
