I bought Cinnamon Kiss from Too Faced website (via Shipito) - the shade looks as if it has been discontinued and personally I don't think you're missing out on much in terms of the shade.
It was described as having some sort of brown in it and would be a great nude for those in the chocolate club and till this day I'm still looking for this "brown" they speak of. If I apply one layer then yes it appears more nude on me with a tiny hint of brown but no more than that. Additional layers shows you that it's more of a rosy mauve - but not the kind of mauve I would like to wear.
It comes in lovely pink box (errrr I know!?) that's covered in what looks like a tree of hydragenas (though they don't actually grow on trees I don't think), a white peacock and a white dove. The product is encased in a frosted gold tube with the abbreviations TF embossed on the lid and the full name on the side of the tube.
The formula is fantastic; as soon as it touches your lips it melts into the skin - creamy and smooth. There is no tugging and as with any "creme" product there is some degree of slip to it. I prefer to wear a lipliner with this just to add a bit of definition to the lips because it just seems unfinished without one. The longevity isn't the best but I didn't expect it to be with the type of formula however as a stain it's quite impressive - a good 4 hours.
What I love about this lip creme is that it keeps my lips hydrated; so I give they get a huge thumbs up for getting that right and ugly colour aside I love having this as a base. I just blot away the excess and I'm left with a rosy stain (yes gone is the mauve). I'd be interested in purchasing other shades but probably those that are more bold in colour but I'm in no rush to purchase.
