Dove Summer Glow Review

So I'm already tan and do not need his but I love using it to make my skin look even in colour and gives me sun kissed bronzed legs that I love!!!! However I do feel like it doesn't work that well for my lighter friends but for myself sure does!!!

The tanning cream is nice to use for a tanner glow and it makes you feel more confident and I can wear shorts without having to worry about being so pale

Many years ago in my early teen years, I used this religiously before discovering the more instant fake tan products.

I found this to be fairly easy to use, although a little hard to apply. It is also sticky for quite a few hours after putting it on. There is no colour when you rub the cream on, so it's hard to see if you've missed a spot. Sometimes I'd wake up the morning after applying it and find that I'd missed somewhere, or some parts were a bit streaky. If you get the application right then it does look really natural.

The smell is very obviously a 'fake tan' smell.

This does what it says and gradually tans pretty well however the formula feels a bit outdated to me there’s much better products with a more natural tan as a result it’s a good product for the price but I personally this it’s worth spending a little more to get a more natural looking tan also I don’t really like the smell

I am not a fan of tanning beds and spray on tans are too messy, so doves gradual tan is brilliant! it coloured up nice and nice natural (had to watch my knees though as they tended to soak up colour and go orange) and if i wanted a darker or lighter tan i just adjusted the amount of coats i put on. it didnt stain my hands if i washed off straight away and it doesnt smell as weird as other gradual tanning lotions. i love that it moisturised at the same time! It doesnt last long but i dont mind that as i think we need to learn to be comfortable in our natural skin too, but was nice to put on a day or so before a special outing :)

i really like this product , i don't have time to go to tanning beds or get a spray tan so this is perfect, i just apply it after my shower .its also not streaky which is a plus:)

I use this lotion at the beginning of "short season" to stop snowblinding people with my white legs! Its really does only take a couple of days to make a difference and unlike fake tans it is really easy to apply and smells nice!
