Fantastic

This face cream smoothed very well into my skin and really nourished my skin. I was complimented on my skin a few times after using this which was fantastic! My face was definitely more absorbing when I washed my face before-hand. The only thing I disliked was that I had to use quite a bit at a time. Otherwise I loved it and it was amazing! Thanks for the opportunity to trial it!

Tips: Wash your face before you apply the cream! It is much more absorbing! :)

NIVEA Cellular Anti-Age Facial Day Cream

I really like this day cream. My skin is dry and sensitive and I had no reactions from using this product. I had been using a daytime moisturiser previously but I did not notice a loss of moisture after starting this cream. I love the way the product feels and I enjoy putting it on every morning - it feels very rich without being heavy or greasy and absorbs fairly quickly. Over time I have noticed a visible lessening of the wrinkles around my eyes which is great! The only reason I rated it 4/5 for its claims is that I haven't noticed firmer skin yet, but perhaps you need to use it for longer before seeing this benefit. My only issue with this cream is the heavy, old-fashioned scent - fortunately it doesn't linger too long after applying. A little goes a long way, too, so it feels like you're getting value for money. I definitely recommend giving this product a go!

Tips: I would start with using a pea-sized amount and add more if needed, especially if your skin doesn't tend to dryness.

The cream absorbs fairly quickly but wait about 5 minutes before applying makeup for best results.

If you are sensitive to scented products, this cream may not be for you.

Along with this cream I would recommend adding a sunscreen with a higher SPF during the day.

NIVEA Cellular Anti-Age Facial Day Cream

I'm always a bit skeptical about "anti-ageing" products... I think, yeah right... but I am happy to say that I have been pleasantly surprised by Nivea Cellular Anti-Age Facial Day cream.

I found the cream to glide over the skin effortlessly and I only had to use a little to cover my whole face, making it economical to use. My skin felt refreshed after using it and it was non-greasy, so easy to apply make-up over the top. It has a pleasant, mild scent that is not too over-powering.

The product promises to reduce wrinkles and improve skin renewal, and I would say after several weeks of using it that it fairly much delivers on that promise. Certainly the fine lines have improved. I have a couple of deep wrinkles that still need some work though, and I think that will improve with time. I also think that using the night cream and the eye cream that is also in the range may have made an even more dramatic difference. I was overall really happy with the product though.

Price wise, this product is RRP $27.99 at my local supermarket and I think that represents really good value for money.

The packaging is appropriate, it's easily recognisable, it's clear, and it's informative.

I have only been using the product for a few weeks, but so far I am happy with how it makes my skin feel, how it moisturisers and how I can put make-up etc on after I have used it.

I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Tips: You only need a little to cover, so don't be tempted to put lots on - less is definitely more!

NIVEA Cellular Anti-Age Facial Day Cream SPF 15

I had high hopes for this cream as it said it would remove fine lines and wrinkles. I have a few of those - on the outsides of my eyes, above my lip and a couple in the centre of my forehead. This is quite a thick heavy cream and It has the trade mark Nivea smell and consistency. I found that I had to go easy on my chin area or I tended to start to get little breakouts. Nothing major but enough considering I normally don't have any. I also found at the beginning of the trial when it was still warmer weather that it took a bit of time to soak in....I felt that while I was getting ready for work before putting my make up on I was almost perspiring on my face after using the cream. I have either perfected the amount I use (a little does go a long way) or the cooler weather has made a difference. I did like this cream and will continue to use it. I will be very interested to see how it goes in the summer months as I am not good at remembering to put sunblock on my face so having his under my make up might work out in that regards. I so wanted this to be the easy miracle cream and I think it has worked a little. My face seems to feel smoother and plumper and the lines may have reduced slightly. Not quite the miracle I was hoping for but the lines are definitely not as deep.

Tips: A little really does goes a long way. I found that I could go a little heavier where my lines were but had to ease up and use sparingly on my chin area to avoid tiny pimples.

Nivea Cellular Anti-Age Facial Day Cream

My first impression – the packaging design was smart while still keeping the traditional Nivea insignia (blue and white). The day cream pottle was sealed with foil which is good practice to reduce tampering and less likely that a product will be used as a tester in the shop (people do this!). When I lifted the foil to open it, it was a nice surprise to smell the familiar fragrance of Nivea that I remember from my teenage years; even after a long number of years it still smelt the same.

Upon the first application, my skin tingled which I liked, and although it is a day cream it felt quite heavy and more like a night cream. The next day I used less and the cream absorbed easily into my skin, so less is best. After using the product for almost six weeks, I have found my skin is less dry and more smooth and silky as the product description said it would. I also found that my skin visually looked different and the pores in my skin were less noticeable.

The product claims to reduce wrinkles but I could not see a dramatic difference to the wrinkles around my eye area (crow’s feet) and jawline/neck area because they are quite deep and defined. I did notice some difference around my mouth and upper lip area which normally would have fine wrinkle lines.

Overall I was quite pleased with the Nivea Cellular Anti-age Skin Rejuvenation Day Cream, as it was pleasant to use, did not cause any irritation to my skin and to a certain degree did what it said it would do. The difference was subtle but possibly with prolonged use the effect may be more noticeable. The price is also very reasonable, especially as you only need to use a small amount each time which makes it last for a long time.

Tips: After applying the Nivea Cellular Anti-Age Facial Cream to your face always put a little extra on your palm and rubbed it over the top of your hands for smoother, softer looking hands.

Nivea Cellular Anti-Age Facial Day Cream SPF 15

I really believe in the Nivea Cellular Anti-Age Facial Day Cream SPF 15. Its a lovely textured cream, light and non-greasy with the usual pleasant aroma of other Nivea products. It absorbs quickly into the skin and makeup can be applied straight over without delay.

After using this day cream for 6weeks many of my friends and family members commented on how well I was looking and how great my skin was. I really do think it has enabled my skins vitality and youthfulness. My skin is really smooth at the moment and the texture is really even.

I think for a product which is easily accessible at your local supermarket or pharmacy its a winner and definitely worth trying. The price point at $27.99 makes it really affordable and I believe you would get 3months out of a pot. So for under $10 a month its really economical and it contains a sunscreen so you dont need an extra product for sun protection.

I highly recommend this cream. Im interested to check out the other products in the range now as well after having noticing such a good improvement in my skin.

Tips: Apply foundation straight away after using Nivea Cellular Anti-Age facial Day Cream SPF 15, no need to wait for it to sink in, gives a good surface for liquid foundation to be applied over top, a bit like a primer.

Nivea Lives again...

Loved the packaging cute box awesome jar decent size too been using for 6 weeks and still lots left smells nice and goes on well not too greasy which is a bonus for someone with greasy skin absorbs well too.I think my skin feels softer but as for the wrinkles haven't noticed any change so disappointing there, didn't cause my skin to break out like some do I would continue to use to see if it just needs more time but having 6 weeks was a real bonus to test it with. Not sure I would purchase again if it had done something for the wrinkles then yes would buy more.

Tips: Use a decent amount and make sure to rub into your neck too.

Absorbant and non-greasy with spf15

Lovely packaging and easy to use pot. I have used the product daily (sometimes twice a day) from the day I received it - I think about six weeks. The cream feels rich but covers and absorbs really well without leaving a greasy feeling. I noticed straight away the difference it made to my dryish skin - it seems to plump and lighten it and helped with tightness and tired eyes. The scent is lovely - not overpowering at all and worked well with or without make-up. I guess I would use 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of the cream each time and I still have loads left so I think it is great value for money. I am not certain that my lines have reduced but my skin definitely feels softer and less tight. The SPF15 is a great selling point too - I often forget to think about how important it is during the autumn/winter months.

Tips: don't forget your neck!

moisturizer with refreshing scent

I was excited to try this as I haven't used nivea since I was in school and remembered the smell was pleasent. When I opened the pot it was full right up to the brim which I thought was generous, as soon as I applied it to my face in the morning after cleansing and noticed how lovely and soft it smelt, wasn't over powering at all. the feel of it on my skin was not heaving and didn't need alot to cover face and neck area, I did break out a little in the first week however only very slightly and it calmed down after that.I noticed my wrinkle weeny a prominent and kept my skin moisturized all day, this has a spf 15 which sold me at first, anything with spf has got to be a good skin protection from the sun how ever I had to apply a stronger spf on top to keep my skin from being sun burnt due to my sensitive skin, I will keep using this as only quarter of pot has been used and I'm happy with the overall results so far

Tips: Would recommend using a higher spf over this if you have sun sensitive skin

Nivea Cellular Anti Age Facial Day Cream

A beautiful silver small packaged boxed was looking good enough not to want to open when it arrived. Inside found the same old looking “nivea look” though that did not really take my fancy. The screw on lid was ok and was safety sealed with foil. Off course when peeling of the foil the first time a lot of the product was stuck to it. I just needed to scrape it off the first 2-3 times to ensure no wastage. I found the day quite a thick consistent, more then I prefer, but was giving it a go…winter is looming and my dry prone skin can do with all the hydration I can squeeze into it. I found it to be quite rich but it did absorb nicely without a greasy feeling. I have been using it for 3 weeks everyday and have found it to agreeing with my skin. I did however notice that my skin is showing a little redder than usual but this can also be coinciding with the cold settling in at the moment. It has a lovely smell…very similar to the other Nivea products and consistency seem to be the same in most of their products, rich and creamy. Found the cream to not really work well with my face primer and had to swop to BB cream all end up looking blotchy half way through the day. Good to wear on its own if you going make-up free which I do over weekends. Also liked that it has SPF (unfortunately on SPF 15) and would definitely need extra protection.

Tips: Good to use when going make up free - good for dehydrated older skin
