My partner who works outside and gets rough hand was looking for something to sooth them and I got him this. He really likes it and is seeing an improvement the more he uses it.

I actually borrowed this from a friend when I was experiencing very dry skin inbetween my fingers, I found that it worked amazing to get rid of the dry skin but it left the rest of my hands feel a bit oily. I’ve tried using less and less to achieve softer feeling hands without the oily feeling and unfortunately I can’t. I know this product works amazing for other people but it might not be the one for me. I do however find myself reaching for it in the winter when my hands get so dry beyond the help of a less rich hand cream.
I have used sooo many tubes of this moisturiser, it is my absolute go-to for every day and occasion - I have even put my friends onto it! I personally use the light version of this moisturiser on my face, and the normal version on my body. My skin feels hydrated all day long, non greasy and looks radiant.
Tips: - use the light version on face (unless extremely dry) - use the normal version on body - I also use this as a hydrating mask
Easily absorbed, does not feel heavy on the skin. Not greasy. Really enjoyed the refreshing, not overpowering smell. Best to get on special as can be expensive, but then you get what you pay for🤔
I do love the skin food range but just not a big fan on how it sort of leaves a bit of a greasy oil texture on your skin. But anyway it's super good for your skin and is so good for moisturizing !
Tips: Paper towel or toilet paper and just dab the excess grease from the moisturiser off your hands lightly 😊
Soothing and rich hand cream. Works well on dry hands - no nasties, made my hands feel lovely and smooth without flaring my sensitive skin.
This product does work and left my hands moisturised, but I found it a bit greasy feeling for my liking. I can be quite fussy with handcream, and I like one that absorbs and feels silky rather than greasy - if that makes sense! I am also realising that I don't love lanolin in products. The smell isn't for me, and I don't think my skin reacts as well to it as some people do.
Weleda skin food has become one of my most staples since the first time I used it. This is a very thick, butter consistency tipe of moisturiser, the feeling of hydration lasts for a long time. The smell is very fresh and delicious. And to top it up its packed with goodness. Overall not the best texture but it definitely delivers great hydration and that’s enough for me to keep it always handy
Tips: Not so easy to spread so I apply some in my palms when damp.
Very thick, intense moisturiser. Soaks in quickly and deeply. I use after gardening for an extra moisturise of my hands.
Tips: Keep it handy
I picked this up in my recent Healthpost order. I get dry skin so was intrigued by this as it has a bit of a cult following.
It comes in a green 75ml metal tube, not my favourite packaging as it can be hard to get all the product out. It cost around $20.
It has a thick consistency and the scent is odd, it's the same scent as the Weleda foot balm I also got. It reminds me of something like lemon strepsils....I don't hate it but it's not my favourite scent.
It absorbs well and doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy or sticky at all. I mostly use on my hands and feet and they feel super soft and this cream definitely keeps dryness away.
I'm glad I tried this, it is a great all round cream and I would purchase it again.
