Incredibly, our hands are made up of 5 unique surfaces. But because they are constantly exposed, they are prone to dryness, and require custom hand care.
Our Hand & Nail Lotion is formulated just for your hands. Its conditioning moisturisers are fast absorbing and non-greasy. It nourishes completely for softer palms, fingertips and knuckles, smoother cuticles, and stronger nails.

Tips: Apply as much as possible through out the day to get best results eg use regularly!
It has a pleasant smell and it leaves my hands feeling soft and supple. I usually carry this around with me in my handbag to apply during the day, I prefer a thicker handcream or skin food at night when I go to bed but this is a nice one to use throughout the day. Nice and easy to get at too with the flip top lid
I bought this product when working full time in hospitality as my hands were always dry and itchy and this was the first hand cream I saw in the supermarket.
The packaging is simple and neat it comes in a pink squeeze tube with a navy lid. It wasn't amazing packaging but is practical to use.
The product smells okay but the scent can be a little bit to strong for me as it isn't a scent I would usually go for. I also didn't like the consistency of the product. I like thicker creams and this was on the watery side, a little went a long way but if you put to much on your hands it makes them extremely greasy and it doesn't sink in quickly. I also didn't find it very hydrating as the residue would just sit on top of my hands.
I would not repurchase as I felt like this product did nothing for me and could probably find a better one that suits my skin type better.
When I first started using this I was around 10-12 and it belonged to my mum's boss. She would put a squirt in my hands and I loved the smell. I've since bought several bottles of my own, and I still like it. It's a classic.
The smell is what keeps drawing me back, its like baby powder and musky or something. I quite enjoy it. It also makes my hands lovely and soft. The pink color attracts me the most, and the color of the lotion, which is a very light pink as well, and it makes me feel girly.
I found it to be quite runny, which isn't unusual for Vaseline products. You don't use a lot, as it won't absorb very well. I really liked it for nails but I don't think it really did anything in the long run other than making me moisturize my hands constantly. I would consider repurchasing this, but I'd prefer a hand and nail cream that was thicker.
My friends recommended I try this product after I kept complaining about the ones I've used leaving behind a film of residue or grease. I find it very annoying when I have to wait for a cream to be absorbed.
Though not a fan of pink, I do like the pastel pink colour of the tube and it's a great reflection of what's inside. A lightweight semi-fluid consistency which glides over the skin nicely without leaving behind grease or residue. I couldn't believe it!!
I love the scent, it's the creamy version of talcum powder I like to think, but so much better. It's not overpowering but once you get a whiff you just want to smell it even more.
What I love most about this product is that my skin feels soft right up until I have to wash my hands again. The product feels great in summer, it's very cool against the skin.
I love that I can quickly moisturise my hands and get to tapping on the keyboard shortly after - no need to wait around for the cream to be absorbed or having to resort to using a tissue to remove some of the grease.
I can't comment on whether it strengthens my nails because I generally have strong nails. I would happily repurchase this product.
Vaseline is a well known brand in most new Zealand chain stores and supermarkets. Vaseline was a brand I grew up using. My mum used to buy me most of their body lotions. So far I've seen this brand evolve from the famous petroleum jelly jar to innovative spray on moisturisers.
This hand cream comes in a generous sized 75 ml bottle that sits on itself. It has this subtle baby pink coloured bottle. Has that deep blue and white labelling that I associate with Vaseline instantly when I see it. This cream is a light pinky white colour that's medium in thickness. It has a creamy baby powder scent that's subtly good.
My skin type is dry. I wash dishes a lot every day without gloves and my hands become very dry. When I use this I like to get out a generous amount. This absorbs wonderfully into my skin. Leaving my hands feeling soft and hydrated.
Its a handy little bottle to pop into your handbag. A little each day goes a long way. This was my first experience with hand creams. I probably wouldn't buy it again because I'm a full blown lush addict.
The hand cream comes in an attractive pink tube. It has a light, sweet but pleasant scent. The hand cream is white in colour, and has a runny consistency. I get incredibly dry hands, and I find most hand creams aren't nourishing enough, or they take too long to be absorbed. This hand cream absorbs very quickly, so you aren't left with the typical slimy hands feeling you get from other hand creams. This truly does the intensive care it promises. Whenever I use this, my hands feel incredibly soft and healthy, and I often get told I have soft hands when shaking hands with people due to this product. This has also improved the health of my nails and cuticles.
This hand cream is one of the more affordable options in the supermarket, and does everything it promises and I would definitely recommend it and repurchase it.
I was gifted this by a friend for xmas. Hand cream was not on my normal buy list at that point.
This has the normal Vaseline texture as you start to rub it into your hands but once rubbed all in, it dries to a powder like feel. This comes out of the tube a little thicker than the normal Vaseline lotion. Your hands still feel moisturised but are not greasy, so you can go about what ever you were doing. It has a scent to it, similar to the Vaseline lotion scent but not quite, this does stay for a while. I keep this on my desk so I can use it whenever I want at work.
Would I repurchase, probably not as I'm not the biggest fan of the smell. The size is meant to last a long time and is relatively reasonable on the price so if my co workers take some, it's not going to break my budget as opposed to a high end brand hand cream.
Tips: Reapply after each time you wash your hands.
I saw this on special at the supermarket and thought it would be handy for the car.
The packaging is simple, it comes in a pink 75ml tube with a flip top lid. It has the signature blue and white vaseline logo on it making it recognisable on the supermarket shelf.
It has a distinctive smell similar to baby powder which I quite like. The formula is a little runny compare to some other hand cream but absorbs fairly quickly.
I have very dry hands so I need a product that works quickly and helps heals my hands when they are particulary bad. I found this did a good job at keeping my hands moisturised and feeling smooth without being greasy. I am not convinced this did anything for my nails but as a hand cream it worked well.
Yes I would repurchase this as it's affordable and does a good job.
I have been a fan of Vaseline brand ever since mom used to apply their creams on us when we were small. This one lotion for hand and nails comes in a number of packs back at home. It is so moisturizing at once and does get rid of dryness on my hands. I use a lot of warm to hot water for washing utensils and hence tend to have very very dry hands and fingers specially. I feel there is a bit of catch in this lotion, I need to re-apply it after every hour of use, coz it sinks into my hands skin really fast. I mix it with a few drops of coconut oil and then apply for a longer relief from dryness. It is non-greasy which is a plus point for me..Who likes stickiness on hands!!! So this one with a twist of oil would have been more effective for me.
