This toner is great for an oily skin type as it really does balance out the levels of moisture in the skin. I loved that it "mattifyed" my skin.
It is gentle on the skin and made my skin feel very fresh and cleansed. I applied using cotton pleats that you can buy from the supermarket. I find that these cotton pleats are a good size for the face.
