Swisspers Cleansing Eye Make Up Remover pads Review

I always wanted to try this eye make up remover pad. Notice it was on special at the supermarket , so I've purchased it.

This product was O.K for me, it really didnt do much with removing all my eye make-up which was disappointing.

It has the usual wipe scent not to strong which was nice. Its real handy to put in your bag if you needed to touch up.

I thought these eye make-up remover wipes were great - gentle on my eyes, did not leave any kind of residue afterwards, and removed all my eye make-up from eyeshadow to liner to mascara. My only (small) gripe is that the wipes themselves are quite small so if you're wearing a lot of eye make-up you sometimes need two or three wipes to get rid of it all. Otherwise, a great product that I enjoyed using and would purchase again!

So when we are away from our own bathroom and all it's goodies for our skin care, we need a travel team. This is in my travel kit.

Not only is it a cheap go to but it obviously is easier to carry round than (cotton balls, make up remover etc etc).

I have to partner this with a face wash. I have never found a wipe I can use and not need a face wash as well. I do not like the oil they leave on my skin. Soooo I use the wipes to get the bulk of my eye make up and lipstick off and then follow up with my cleanser (which also removes make up) I am aware that this may not be what everyone else wants to do. But I find wipes just are not enough on their own.

The wipe helps loosen the eye make up and remove most of it so the face wash can get to work :) when partnered together they make a great team. On it's own the wipe will struggle to remove all your make up - especially the eye liner if it is a good one!

I was given a pack of Swisspers Cleansing Eye Make-Up Remover Pads as part of a RAOK. What a handy little pack. Perfect to throw in your handbag or toilet bag. No risk of leakage either. Packaging is very secure.

The Make-Up Remover Pads are quite small (or maybe I wear a lot of eye make up). I definitely need to use two and sometimes three.

Pleasant fragrance like baby wipes. I have sensitive eyes and Swisspers are definitely easy on the eyes. I do not wear waterproof mascara but my everyday mascara comes off just fine.

I like trying new products as it keeps me honest to use them. I would recommend giving them a go.

I did not like this product at all. Terrible at removing eye make up, its one specific purpose! I am not even talking about waterproof!! And for a product meant for the eye area I found it stung a bit. I would not recommend!

This did not work for me, at all. I had high expectations for these but they didn't get rid of my eye makeup at all (primer, shadow, liner, mascara). Not sure if it's because I tend to have lots of waterproof eyeliner and mascara but I had to rub my eyes furiously and afterwards they felt abused. Maybe this product just isn't for me. Ended up just using these as ordinary wipes.

I bought these mainly because they were so cheap and they are great to have in your makeup bag or gym bag for times when you really don’t have that much time or inclination to go through an entire makeup removal/cleansing process.

I have really sensitive skin so I normally use coconut oil or rosehip oil to take my makeup off so I was keen to see how these fared.

I always wear a waterproof mascara to so I like to put these things to the test!.

These did exactly what they said they would do, they removed my eye makeup (foundation/eyeliner and waterproof mascara) with very little rubbing. They didn’t take my makeup off first swipe but second swipe and we were done - I can live with that. I also used it to take the rest of my makeup off aswell and it did pretty well.

I had no reaction to the product, some wipes make my eyelids sting - these didn’t do that, it took all my makeup off pretty easily and left my skin feeling clean and fresh. Only a very light fragrance. This little travel size is perfect for popping in your handbag or gym bag as it doesn’t take up as much room as your standard face wipes.

This is perfect for those nights you really cant be bothered taking your makeup off or before having a workout where you cant bring your entire bathroom with you – and travelling of course.

And for such a low price I don’t really see any downsides to this product.

I really wanted these to work because they would be so handy if they did - I'm lazy/super busy and so bad at remembering to take my make up off before bed. I tend to wear eyeliner pencil and no mascara every day, and these wipes wouldn't really remove the pencil - I had to rub my eyes a lot to get it off! The wipes were better when I wore (non-waterproof) liquid eye liner, but didn't really remove (non-waterproof) mascara very well. I did find them good for a different use though - if I rub them over my face like face wipes they remove concealer, foundation etc really well!

These worked pretty well, although I don't really think that any of the eye makeup remover wipes actually remove waterproof mascara even though they say they can. They are a good price though and work pretty well
